Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Riverdale

I go in at 915 and purchased 3 bowls! They didn't have any lettuce no steak and other things. Cleaning the grill wrapping everything up as if they didn't get the memo that they close at 11. Line out of the door and they yelling as soon as you come in "helloooo we don't got this and that and that" ghetto! So when I get to the register I notice the to-go side is untouched full of everything I stated "can I get a little lettuce in a cup from that side? She says "no!!! Very rudely. I said why not? She states that's my to go they gotta have what they need. I said so we don't? She said no!! I said thank you. I should've ordered online then... she states "yeah you should've" I said you are very rude I'll be sure to leave a review. She proceeds to grab the display in front of the register and say here are the cards. Call them!!!! It's very obvious they have no oversight and they are not afraid of management!

🚨Do not go to this location!🚨 I went Friday night and ordered my usual. Chicken soft tacos, I started eating about 15 mins away from the restaurant, I live about 30 mins away. The chicken tasted hard and old and the salsa was nasty and to spicy. I ate half of one and couldn't eat anymore. Because it was too late I tried to call to let them know I would be in the next day. When I got there the next day it was a line. Told the cashier what happened and she said "get it line ".. not sorry for your inconvenience, we'll make it right or showed any empathy! But i got line by the time I got to register she wasn't there. The little girl at the register said I had to get the manager, she was tacky and had no customer service skills either! After a little back and forth I got my fresh order. Got it in the car and took a bite and it was nasty too ! Chicken didn't have any season and it didn't taste as fresh and good as itv usually does. This location constantly messes up orders. I've tried more time than I should have to give them a chance for redemption but it's not gonna happen. It typically happens the most from 5pm to close. There is no music or an upbeat atmosphere in the store. At least half, if not all, the employees wear airpods. They are extremely monotone and apathetic and there is no communication in the kitchen. Phones and personal drinks are always seen. No customer service and sometimes an attitude. Sides are missing half time, the bowls are not filled (I'm so serious, half my meal was just not there), the quesadillas are mostly bread and are dry, they have forgotten to add the protein multiple times, the burritos are poorly constructed. I've sat and watched how they work from the dining area and the. The Togo area just seems confused and disorganized. This location needs some MAJOR retraining and better management.
