Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Riverdale

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with a recent delivery order I placed with Pizza Hut. I believe it is important to bring these concerns to your attention in order to maintain the high standards of quality and service that Pizza Hut is known for.

Firstly, the delivery driver took an unreasonably long time to reach my location. This resulted in the food being delivered well beyond the estimated delivery time. As a customer, prompt and timely delivery is essential, and this delay greatly impacted my overall experience.

Upon receiving the order, I immediately noticed that the pizza did not have a safety seal. This raises concerns about the integrity of the food and whether it had been tampered with during transit. Additionally, the wings also lacked a safety seal. This absence of a safety seal left me uncertain about the freshness and hygiene of the food items.

Furthermore, the food itself was disappointingly cold. Cold food not only affects the taste, but it also indicates a lack of attention to proper handling and delivery procedures. As a result, my experience was far from satisfactory.

I have been a loyal customer of Pizza Hut for quite some time, and I have always appreciated the quality and service provided. However, this recent experience has left me feeling let down and dissatisfied.

Absolutely terrible. The most disappointing experience. It's bad because my wife and I actually disagree all the time about Papa John's and Pizza Hut. I'm always taking up for Pizza Hut and she loves Papa John's pizza. But this time I have to actually go and tell my wife, baby you are right. Pizza Hut sucks monkey's ass. From the actual pizza, which I bought tonight, all the way to the service. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza, 12 wings and a 2 liter tonite. In all spent. $27.84. Damn near $30 of my hard earned money. When I got my pizza it was 2 hours later front when I ordered it, this was no problem I expected it because it gave me that time on the confirmation page. But I didn't expect was to receive a pizza that was cold, 8 pepperoni in all and NO CHEESE????? then I call the store to reach out to someone about my dissatisfaction and I got treated like a Mexican at the white house with Donald Trump. These folks put me on hold twice to deal with other customers like I didn't even matter. Then began to patronize me about what I explained to them. Then the manager got a attitude with me when I asked for her name and hung up on me. Why should I ever have to remind you that I'm a paying customer not somebody who begging. I'm giving you my hard earned money and you want to get mad at me for wanting good service and food for what I spent. Do you eat just anything people throw you, I guessing hell no, but I my be wrong by the response I received...

I’m not sure who does the hiring for delivery drivers but I really hope they do better. Placed an order online through my account as I have in the past no biggie. Wake up to a phone call from the delivery driver yelling at me saying I didn’t give correct information and my complex has no signs (which it does) I attempted to explain I input all of my info online & I haven’t had an issue in the past. He continues to go on and on, so at this point I don’t want him to know where I live because I’m already shaken up. So I call the store to make sure he is an employee and not some 3rd party deliverer, and as I’m coming outside he gets out his truck yelling is that you ?! Is that you ?! I didn’t want the girl on the phone to hang up because I was so uncomfortable, mind you I am 8 months pregnant with little kids in the house while my husband is at work or I would have sent him down. The girl on the phone put me on hold and never came back so I called corporate. I will not be ordering from Pizza Hut to deliver to my home again.
