DTLR — Local services in Riverdale

When I entered the store no one greeted me,the person behind me was greeted,I overlooked that as an oversight.But I was totally ignored the entire time I was there,stood in line for awhile,staff attention seemed to be on the younger customers,most of the staff looked high school age or a little older.After being ignored by staff and standing in line for awhile I politely placed my merchandise down then I exited the store,feeling bad because I really love the merchandise but the service today Friday the 16th April highway 85 location was horrible.So I gave this store on hwy 85 another chance after being disrespected previously,walked in no greeting staff treated me as if I did not exist,came to the counter to pay for my shirt cashier walked away without saying a word walked to assist another customer now I do understand if this customer was before me but to not say a way acted if I was not there for the amount of money that I have spent with this clothing chain losing one customer want hurt but until you train your employees to be respectful and courteous to all customers not just the younger customers you will lose way...

If I could rate lower than one star I would!!! I’m literally sitting in my car outside the store typing this... I went into the store to buy my daughter shoes for her birthday, while waiting to be acknowledged, we never were! We stood there (while already knowing what we wanted) waiting for someone to help us for a little over 15 mins! No one came or said anything to us! I Got off work an went to this store to buy two pair of shoes. Almost closing time an the employees started rushing us out the store. I didn't appreciate this at all while spending $600 or more. These are kids that are very impatient an not concerned about the customer. Very Rude!! An there was only one guy that was nice. The girl helped me, but was in a rush for us to go.
