Customer service is horrific here. Just moved to the area and ordered Pizza Twist for the very first time last night. Menu online has a Caesar salad with Romaine lettuce but it came with a spring mix. We called to see if we could get refunded since it does not match the items description and we just do not like spring mix and wouldnât have ordered it if we knew it was a spring mix. They refused to refund us because they said âthey made it rightâ because they only have ever had that salad. I just moved from Texas and have never been to any of the Pizza Twists so how would I know this is the only mix they have? She told us to call the Sacramento store because they handle the website and her store couldnât give the $8 refund. She even called back after she repeatedly telling us that she couldnât do anything to tell us that she actually just looked at the menu and it said spring mix, which the chicken Caesar did say that but not the plain Caesar salad. We asked to speak to the manager several times and she would talk to the manager while still on the phone with us but not let us talk to him. Worst service ever and the food tasted just way off, do not recommend this place. There are much friendlier and tastier pizza shops...
Read moreI was pretty excited to try this place after the high reviews. I ordered a couple pies online, a chicken tandoori and a sausage and mushroom pizza. Service seemed fine, atmosphere cant really say since i was in and out. The pizza, the crust and dough was pretty good. The chicken Tandoori was alright, not bad, but not something I'd go out of my way to get but 3.5/5. The reason for the 3 star review was because the regular non fusion pizza was just bad. Dough and crust were fine, but the taste of the red sauce reminded me of a chef boy ardi canned sauce. I'm a firm believer that the sauce makes or breaks a pizza and yea, calling it mid would be an understatement. Try the place out if you want to try pizzas with indian flavors, but i definitely wouldnt recommend it if you're looking for a...
Read moreSo Iâm always looking for that One bite Dave Portnoy type slice but really I love all kinds of pizza. I gave this place a try as it had a 4.7 review and I was not disappointed. That being said they are definitely doing their own thing here I went for The Chicken Tikki Masala and didnât know what to expect the super friendly guy said it was a little spicy.
It was a little spicy. I got a personal pan size the crisp of the dough was right on the cheese was good and in the right amount. It had fresh onions, cilantro chicken for sure. The rest Iâm not positive about and it was delicious.
Not a traditional pie but the name is a dead give away to that fact. I loved it and hope you do too
P.s. $11.99 for that pizza and a can of soda is, in my opinion, a...
