I visited this particular Del Taco Wednesday, Aug. 28, 2024, at approximately 7:45 p.m. I did not receive what I paid for. They did not get my order correct, and the soft drink that I ordered tasted like colored carbonated water with no flavor whatsoever.š At most fast food restaurants, I've learned to take a sip of the drink that I order before leaving the premises as they usually have issues with the taste. Sadly, this Del Taco's fountain drink left much to be desired as the two different ones that I sampled tasted flavorless.š I went thru the drive up window. I told the individual who handed me my order that the root beer didn't taste like anything and requested a replacement. She asked what specific soda I wanted, which is a fair enough question. I told her to just give me one that tasted like something. "A Coke," I decided. Another woman, who was the manager, I suppose, quickly rushed over to the window and handed me a different cup of soft drink. She hurriedly said, "Thank you, have a nice day," in a manner that sounded rather unkind, borderline rudeness. As I drove off, I inserted the straw into the cup š„¤ and took a sip. This stuff tasted almost precisely the same as the first cup of soft drink I thought to myself š ripped off again by another Del Taco who didn't maintain their fountain drink dispensers. It appears that each time I buy a soda at Del Taco, regardless of the location, the drink never tastes like anything. Sure, it's colorful and is carbonated but still has no flavor at all. I paid for a soft drink and got swindled again. I asked for a chicken quesadilla but found out later that I was given just a plain cheese quesadilla instead. My money was taken, and I did not get what I paid for. This isn't the first, second, third, or even the fourth time that Del Taco has done this to me. It seems to be how they do business. Next time I stop by here, if I decide to again, and I don't receive what I pay them for, I will be forced to escalate the matter to the proper authorities. I most definitely, without the least hesitation, do not recommend Del Taco to anyone unless they like being swindled and...

Ok this is me checking back in after 6 months I am officially done with this place.
I come to this location at least a couple times a week. I always ask if they have limes and they say yes. I order the fish tacos 90% of the time. But every time I order them, I'm either given no limes, 1 lime wedge per 3 tacos, a lemon, and sometimes I'm even given an entire bag of lime wedges because the staff knows I've called to complain before and seems to think it's funny to give me a dozen lime wedges. Today I ordered 3 fish tacos, asked if limes were available, was told yes, and was given an inconsistent amount of wedges per taco ratio yet again. I spoke to the manager Taylor and she wouldn't even give me her name until I asked her multiple times. The way she treated me was shocking. I've never experienced someone in a leadership position act so brusque, rude and unprofessional as she did. She scoffed at me, kept interrupting me, and I heard her laughing in the background to her staff. This is not how a manager should treat their customers and I'm so disgusted by her behavior that I won't be returning to this location. She needs to be retrained or demoted or something because she treated me terribly when all I did was express that the inconsistency is becoming a real issue. Because they donāt except EBT in the drive through we went inside with my service dog now mind you we did not expect to get out of the car and itās 103 out side so she did not have her vest on. But with out asking any questions the very rude and argumentative manager yelled at us from across the restaurant āget your dog out of here nowā, as I tried to explain to her she was a service animal she continued to yell from across the restaurant that she could not be a service animal and to get her out of the restaurant. I have never been talked to like that from a manager that was maybe 23 YO with a DIRTY dining room and soda fountains that tasted like the spigots had not been cleaned in months. My only regret besides coming here was not getting her name so I could put it in this review. To any one who might care that owns or tries to make money off this site itās Aug. 7th 2022 at 2:45 pm.
