I just literally left this restaurant 20 minutes ago today is April,27,2024 . This restaurant lacks customer service maybe because majority of the workers are young. The young lady working on the register does not have any customer service skills when I would ask questions about the menu she seem like she didn’t knew what to say . And the fountain machine didn’t have any ice I asked one of the male workers if he could refill the ice machine he completely ignore me, then when a tall straight male ask for more ice he immediately listen to him . I felt discriminated upon I guess based on my hair color and also because you could tell that I’m gay I don’t try to hide it , it’s really sad how I’m the Hispanic community they discriminate against their own especially if your gay but if your a straight Hispanic male that is a Machismo they well tend to you like if your a king. They didn’t even have napkins I had to way for them to clean my table I I was waiting for an hour for my food , there were new customers coming in and they just sat down for 10 minutes and they got their food immediately. Even the couple next to me that it’s not fair I was being treated and they recommended me to submit a complaint against this restaurant. The only good thing about this restaurant is the Micheladas. I recommend any other Mexican restaurant except for this one . And if your gay good luck with having a good service they will have you wait and bring...
Read moreI have ate here many of times and love their food. I ordered the Tijuana North taco combo(3 birria tacos) and a fish ceviche tostada. My cashier who rang me up was nice. I received my food and instantly could notice the poor quality in my tacos. I took 1 bite and there was no meat in there. I looked through out the rest of them and noticed there was LITTERALY noting but cheese and a few pieces of meat. I walked up to the counter to the cashier who helped me (Cajero1) was on my receipt. I showed him my tacos and explained if they can remake these or give me more meat. He looked at the guy next to him and the guy stated very rudely " they are just gonna come out the same!" I explained to him that this isnt my first time here and have never had poor quality tacos like this. He said "well that's how we do it at De La Baja tacos". He kept stating they will just be made exactly the same and its going to take 10 minutes to come out. I told him "you do not have to be so rude" he stated "that's just how I am" GREAT CUSTOMER SERIVCE RIGHT?!. At that point I just asked for a refund. Never got the guys name, since I figured he would lie about it anyways but definitely shouldn't be working in the customer service business. I would of taken a picture but thought they would have simply made the tacos again with actual meat in them without a problem....
Read moreFortunately I didn't get the chance to eat here and I never will. My kids and I purchased something from both Yogurtland and Jamba Juice next door. My 4 year old son was jumping up and down because he needed to use the restroom but both of their restrooms were "out of order" but said the Mexican restaurant next door has restrooms. So we run to Miches and I'm asking the girl behind the counter if my son can use their restrooms as he's crying saying he can't hold it anymore, she says "yes but do you mind ordering a water because restrooms r for customers only." I said, "no are u serious???" I didn't have any time to argue as my son was screaming at this point and as I walked out of the restaurant even their own customers couldn't believe it and said how ridiculous that is. I was a paid customer next door. I'm obviously not homeless like the people u are trying to keep out. You must need service that bad to even charge for water. And this is a glimpse of what your poor customer service treatment is if I was an actual bathroom...
