PLAIN RUDE AND RACIST WAITERS I went to this place recently with some friends and I was completely astonished by how rude the servers were. I came in and sat down and the first red flag is me and a Hispanic friend was given a wet and dirty dish. Simply asked if they had green tea which is a Asian staple to which they answered to my question as if I was stupid. The service that I received was by two young waiters, was absolutely THE worst dine in I have ever experienced. If you are colored I highly advise you that the surrounding restaurants are a lot better. The dishes that me and my friends had involved were not pleasing to the pallet. I'm an individual that enjoys natto and okra dishes that others may find repulsive but those dishes that I had were unpleasant to the pallet. Which later me and my friend group suffered from food poisoning. If you want good service I don't recommend you go here the waiters were plain rude that two out of our party got up and left while the remaining people stayed. I would not recommend this place to anyone nor...
Read moreWent here last year, but we still think about it all the time. Every time we want to go, it’s either on a Wednesday or a Sunday when it’s closed!
Anyways the food, we had roasted duck, Singapore noodles, and pineapple buns. That roasted duck was so good! You can taste every spice from the 5 spice marinade. The duck was succulent and delicious. It’s a must try!
The Singapore noodles were a sleeper hit! They must have barbecued these noodles because it had a heavenly smokey flavor along with the aromatic spices.
The pineapple buns don’t look like much, but don’t let its humble appearance deceive you. It had a nice crunch on top, warm, slightly sweet, and the butter takes it to the next level. I’ve tried another pineapple bun later that day that looked better but it was no where near as delicious as the one from HK BBQ House.
Definitely check it out when you are at...

I tried the BBQ pork, duck, thin crispy egg noodle, flat rice noodle dish, fried shrimp, fried squid, wonton noodle soup and spam sandwich. Out of all of those I would skip the spam sandwich since I can easily make that myself. The BBQ pork can be juicier, but it still tastes authentic.
It is a just try place. If you want to avoid the crowd then just do take out. But make sure to call ahead of time, at least 15 minutes in advance, before you arrive.
