5:00 AM @ Denny's was quite nice. Great service, very few folk, and a fresh pot of coffee. Denny's service is what you recall from childhood - great neighborly hospitality, but the food is way better than you remember it. They serve up an excellent veggie omelette that's quite filling, even when it's egg-white only. They generously offer a roasted jalapeño on the side youn request. I always avoid the fresh fruit from fear of getting canned fruit, but Denny's serves up freshly sliced bananas, strawberries, cantaloupe and grapes every single time. They never fail to deliver. That is a nice treat. The establishment is clean and the staff is bright-eyed. Denny's made for a good Friday morning.

9:00 AM @ Denny's delivers the same service but there's a bigger crowd. Every table is filled but you're seated fairly quickly. The service doesn't deteriorate just because there's more people in the diner. They're just as attentive. I discovered their orange hot tea... yum! That's a nice perk-me-up without the caffeine rush. I think I might actually prefer it. They are accommodating with seating requests. Restrooms are always clean. Thank you.

Came from my dad‘s birthday on 10/8. Was served by Ana and I left feeling pretty underwhelmed. The service felt like it was on autopilot — polite enough, but definitely bare minimum effort. It honestly seemed like the attention dropped off once I ordered the least expensive meal on the menu. I don’t expect special treatment, but I do expect the same level of courtesy and care as everyone else. The food itself was fine, but the overall experience made me feel like an afterthought. I recently had a disappointing experience with the store’s customer service, particularly with the store manager. While I was waiting for assistance, it was clear that the manager prioritized chatting with delivery drivers over helping customers in the store. I felt ignored and undervalued as a paying customer.

It’s understandable that deliveries are important, but basic customer service shouldn’t take a back seat to internal operations. A manager should be setting the standard for attentiveness and professionalism, not leaving customers standing by without acknowledgment. I hope this feedback helps improve the focus on actual...
