My review is not for the drinks it is for the service which was terrible and it is not the first time. I understand this is a new location however the grace period for the same mistakes are over. I ordered my drinks (2) ahead of time, set a time and was ready to pick them up and go about my day since the drive thru is an absolute nightmare to get in. Arrived to get my drinks a few minutes after said time and my drinks were not ready. 20 minutes later, I received my drinks however one of them was incorrectly made. When I told the Barista she said she made it right and had me pull up my email confirmation which showed the drink was wrong. What is the point of ordering ahead if I still have to wait and correct my order. Idk if more training or more staff is needed but something needs to change. I have been coming to location since it’s opened and the service is always great, but yesterday I came on a particularly rough day. Worker Asantie (forgive me if I spelled her name wrong) was taking my order outside, and I guess she noticed something was wrong, and she stopped all she was doing to talk to me and make sure I was okay. She reminded me of how beautiful I am and loved I am. It was one of the most heartfelt and best interaction I’ve had all day, and only god knows I needed to hear all of that. Not only that, but she also recommended one of her drinks she has on rough day and it was delicious! I just wanted to personally thank her again as well. Apparently, they don’t start making your drink until you confirm you’re there, which defeats the whole purpose of mobile ordering. So unless you enjoy standing in line watching people get their drinks faster than you, don’t bother.
I waited over an hour for two drinks. They brought one out… and then made me wait another 30 minutes for the second. Why even bring one out if the other isn’t ready?? Ever heard of batching orders?
The whole place felt totally unorganized. Staff looked confused and untrained, running around like they just opened five minutes ago. Honestly, I should’ve just asked for a refund and left.
