I unfortunately had a bad experience at this McDonald's. So I ordered McDonald's via doordash on a Sunday morning. When they brought my food, my Sausage McMuffin meal was incomplete; they forgot the hashbrown, and the sandwich was missing the sausage, the egg and the cheese. Essentially it was just 2 pieces of bread. I figured there had to be some mistake, it happens I guess and even though I was extremely busy that morning I decided to drive myself to get breakfast. I went to the drive-thru and placed my order at 10 am (a Sausage McMuffin meal and an extra hashbrown). After paying I was told to park in the front and wait for my order, ok that's fine. I parked in front and saw at least 6 other cars waiting for orders. I waited for literally 40 minutes in my car when finally someone came outside at 10:40am with an order for me but it was the wrong order. They brought out a McGriddle, an Egg McMuffin, a hashbrown and a pie. I tell the guy that's not my order and I even show him the receipt. He continues to question, "are you sure this isn't yours? They said white car and you're the only one in a white car." I show him my receipt again and assure him that's not my order. He says, "ok I'll be back." The guy leaves and comes back at 10:55am with a bag with everything except my extra hashbrown. At this point I was so upset at having waited so long and I had so many things to do that day I did not mention the missing food item to the guy because I did not want to risk having to wait another 15 minutes for a hashbrown so I just said thank you and left. I have NEVER had to wait an hour to get food at a drive-thru, it's unheard of. The server did not even apologize for taking so long with my order. I'm not sure if this place is understaffed, if the management needs retraining or whatever but this is the second incident I've had at this particular McDonald's and I don't not plan to return at least...

Last night I sat in a drive thru line for 30 minutes (started with about 5 cars in front of me and ended with about 10 or more behind) and when I got to the ONE window that they were working, the girl gave me my total, I paid. Before she finished with the transaction I asked for two ranch and she said she has to charge me .25 cents for each. I gave her .54 cents since the last time I was here they said they charged .27 cents... and then I received my receipt. She didnāt even add the ranch on there.. this is the second time Iāve tried to be legit and pay for my ranch and they donāt add it. Is it because you arenāt supposed to be charging for dip? Hmm IDK.. just a thought. Anyhow, onto the rest of my experience... as I looked at my receipt, I saw āMcDoubleā and asked if they got me for the Bacon McDouble, because thatās what I ordered. She said no and I said well thatās what it should have been.. and she told someone and they said just open it up and put bacon on it š.. come on guys.. that doesnāt make the customer feel good about her food when she knows you didnāt just make her a new Bacon McDouble. Then she hands me my childās happy meal, and the McDouble in its own bag and says smiling āhere you go, we added bacon to itā. š So Iām still sitting there.. and she asks if something is wrong... LOL .. I asked can I have my drinks? Sheās like oh.. and she finds the kidās drink and hands it to me.. then scrambled to try to find the large iced tea thatās not even made.. so she had to go and make it.. and doesnāt even apologize for a single thing. Every time that Iāve been here in the last two months they have done something wrong. I HATE coming to this location. PLEASE DO BETTER! The current experience...

My girlfriend ate all her food while on the job and I only ate one burger, after the job I open my wrapper to take a bite of my food which was well deserved and I come across not 1... But 2 dead flies in my burger! Now my day still wasn't over and I had stuff that needed to be done so after I did all of my due diligences, I came to the establishment I got this disgusting burger from. Once I told the lady at the front, she said she would show her manager and ask for tapes of when the burger was made, as I patiently waited, she comes back, shows the manager next to her ( assuming she was the manager ) and the manages smiles and looks as if I was a shmuck trying to pull a fast one on them... AND THE LADY "COULDNT" EVEN GET THE FOOTAGE OF WHEN THE BURGER WAS MADE ! WHAT? She then said they would replace only that meal with fly's in it... What? Who wants to eat the same meal after finding fly's in the first one??? And as they were making my burgers I could all hear them in the back making smart remarks, again like I was a shmuck trying to pull a fast one on them. Now I use to work in fast food and understand completely what they go through, but I pay 30 dollars for my meal so they can have $20 an hour, JUST so I can get fly's in my burger?
