Honestly, I wouldn't even give this McDonald's one star. I hate that I even have to give it a star at all. I decided to go inside to get my food because the drive-thru line was extremely long. So I thought I could go inside and get in and out quicker.. nope. I stood in there for 20 minutes waiting on a large fry and a Oreo frappe. While standing there one customer had gotten upset because he had been there for 20 minutes as well waiting on a hot latte. They told him it was going to be 15 more minutes. So he got upset and demanded his money back. They took forever getting his money back so he said I don't even want it and left. Another customer they gave him a small fry that literally had all of maybe 10 fries in it at the absolute most. And honestly I would really say it was more like five fries. When my food finally came out.. my large fry and Oreo frappe.. my fries were about 3/4 of the way full. And when I was giving my Oreo frappe the cup was broken. And it was leaking everywhere. I asked the girl that was at the register to get me a cup. Well instead of getting me a cup she decides to leave and go to the bathroom. She comes back and I had to ask her again. She gave me a large cup. For a small frappe. I told her this is not going to fit. So she then gave me a medium cup. A medium regular drink cup. It still didn't fit. So then she gave me a small drink cup it still didn't fit. I just said screw it this will work and left. I will never go to this McDonald's again it was the dirtiest and laziest McDonald's I've ever been to in my life. So if you're wanting McDonald's and you want your food accurate and hot and within a short time frame.. then this is not the McDonald's to go to. Because on top of that there was like 20 employees in there doing absolutely freaking nothing. And really there might have been more than 20 employees in there. Absolutely insane. I would hate to think about what the back of that McDonald's looks like it is...
Read moreLet me set the scene for you..... 2am, Exhausted mother, just left the hospital with infant, extra hungry and only place open. Went to line, was told only doing cash and drinks (you may as well not serve anything at this point) until 3am. I drive to another mcdonald's (not knowing this is an all around thing) thinking it may be different. Get told im not serving anything at the moment. By this time I'm getting extremely tired but starved so i drive back to the other one and nap til 3am to get food. 305 rolls around so i drive to intercom. Get told same thing cause they're running behind so i sit in line cause I'm told just another 10 min. Car pulls up i go back around in case they just want a drink. FINALLY we get served... Yaaaay right!?? I get told AGAIN cash only when it's supposed to be card too by now. I done had my whole order set and ready because i usually don't carry cash but thankfully have 6 bucks. EVERY AND I MEAN EVERY combination i chose had me over 6 bucks. Cue frustration and early onset of wanting to ram into the window (i would never but i was hangry, anger was setting in hard). Finally just get a measily combo but still short some change. They say don't worry about it i move up..... Cue tears and more frustration. They STILL almost give me the wrong food when it's only 2 OF US. I finally get my food and asked what's wrong. Just leave me alone and let me eat PLEASE (Didn't say that but wanted to) Very long story short DON'T GO TO MCDONALD'S BETWEEN ONE AND FOUR IN THE AM. y'all shouldn't be 24 7 if there's a period where everything is shut down... Read moreThe worst McDonald’s I have ever ordered food. I ordered a number 7- 2 burritos, a hash brown and a coke.. A fritter and a medium coke. I got my order and it was one burrito no mild sauce. I told the very very rude person in charge- her name is Veronica, my order was wrong and she told me I did not order a # 7. The young man who rang me up said “ she did order a # 7. Veronica proceeded to tell me I could call the police but she was not going to correct my order. Her staff started calling me rude for voicing my opinion and asking for the correct order. I said I would pay the difference even though it was their fault. She proceeded to scold me for saying it was the cashiers fault- Veronica proceeded to tell me he needed to learn. So she expects customers to settle for whatever they dish out not what they ordered. This McDonald’s needs to have new management. I grew up here and live in another state but EVERY time I order food from this McDonald’s my order is messed up. This is the first time I ever complained and was treated like it was my fault my order was wrong. She also told me I was done and I could call the police she wasn’t giving me free food. I said I did not ask for free food just the food I ordered. I will NEVER go back to this McDonald’s when I come home for visits. The food was cold and the service was extremely poor. The management blamed me for her staffs fault. I guess this particular time the customer/consumer is the problem and the staff has no culpability for poor service and a below...
