Mongolian BBQ — Restaurant in Riverside

I love Mongolian BBQ but apparently this place has somehow escaped my notice for years. I tried it as soon as I saw the sign and I’m glad I did. The dining area is nice and clean, and there are at least 3 booths with electrical outlets for those of us needing to charge our devices. There is also free guest WiFi. The food was well cooked and tasted wonderful. You can adjust the level of spiciness by telling the cook. The only drawback is variety of food items; I’ve been to Mongolian BBQ places with more choices, but those places have also been busier with a regular clientele, so they can afford to keep more items on hand without them going bad. Also this place doesn’t offer an all-you-can-eat option, but once again, that makes more sense for a restaurant with heavier traffic. Overall, I was satisfied with the large bowl I ordered for about $12, and after I was full I still had leftovers...

Deeeee-licious. It’s always consistent with the taste and quality. I have no bad things to say about this place. My go to is the beef and pork gotten it thru delivery and they are meticulous. They place cardboard underneath so you don’t get oil everywhere (which is more than I can say for other places) on top of that the integrity of the dish itself stays fresh and warm. The flavors are so good even if you order it with everything they all blend together nicely. I would take them up on their recommendation of sauces and add all of them you won’t be disappointed. I absolutely love this place! You start out deciding if you want a regular or large bowl. You can also do combos which include a drink, rice, and miso soup. You go through the line decide how much meat and veggies you would like. If there’s something you’d like that doesn’t fit in your bowl you can always ask them to add it in for you. I usually do a mixture of the sauces they have. It is the perfect amount of spicy and other flavors (don’t let the oyster sauce stop you from getting it because once it’s all together it’s magic in your mouth).
