Suit Exchange — Local services in Riverside

A year ago I posted this on another popular review site that starts with a "Y" after going to the SUIT EXCHANGE: (See below for my additional A+++++ review of today)

This was my first time to the store and I was helped by Joseph. He was extremely helpful to myself and my wife. I never was made to feel uncomfortable at anytime (which has happened when I bought suits at other stores). I purchased two suits, a pair of shoes, a shirt, and two ties and Joseph was extremely professional and helpful all the way through, from beginning to end. I will tell many of our friends and family about going here to get suits, the service and professionalism is well worth it. We live in Palmdale CA and we were just down there to have some fun doing some glow in the dark miniature golf at the mall. Thank you Suit Exchange and thank you Joseph I will be back with more business.

Today 3/2/19 - Today my wife and I went back for a second round of suits for me and again Joseph and his brother Moses were extremely helpful. Joseph took the time to assist us once again the whole time we were there and helped us choose ties to go along with my two new suits that generally I don't choose because I tend to be too conservative. (Last year and since then I get nothing but compliments on the ties Joseph assisted in helping me to choose). I will continue to drive from Palmdale Ca (93552) to Riverside Suit Exchange for this kind of service and quality. I must add that the two suits I went with this time were a step above than the ones I was looking to get and I don't mind spending a few extra dollars for extra quality and the extra service that I get from Joseph and Moses. I highly recommend Suit Exchange in Riverside for anyone looking for quality suits and quality service! I will continue to tell my friends and family to do business...

What a great place. A great place to help me look professional when I need to. I have bought from this store about a year ago and now just recently. I love their inventory and their staff. I was fortunate enough on this last trip to have Kelly help me. She was great and she was fast. She knows the store for sure. Other men's clothing stores that I've shopped, I just never get the feeling that they are interested in me. (yeah me). If I sound selfish, well.........when your trying to look professional it is all about me. (or you the reader). My choice of suit this time, just as in the past needed some adjustments on the size. Now, enter M Joffee. I really like him. Good Businessman. He knows exactly how a suit should fit and the pants. I enjoyed talking with him about his store and how I appreciate coming there. The best part? I was in and out of there in 25 minutes. I was there a little bit longer on my first trip, but not by much and that's because I was buying more accessories. That's professional and that's knowing your business. I know I'm going to need another suit down the line and when that time comes......it's worth the drive from Rancho Cucamonga to the Tyler Mall. Now, for those who know, can surely see how dated I am here. I shopped the "Tyler Mall" when it was a 1 story Mall. Now, of course it's the Galleria as Tyler. Old habits are hard to break. Absolutely AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Youssef and his team are very wonderful, patient and provide great insights and advice. I have very thin arms and it is usually hard for me to find a suit that doesn't look like a trash bag when I put it on. On the second try, Youssef found the perfect jacket for my body type and it took only 2 days for him to tailor both the jacket sleeve and pants so it fits my body well. He did the tailoring without a tape measure and just used some type of chalk to outline what needs tailoring and he got it spot on! I am amazed by the quality of service and the selection of coats and pants. If you have a body size out of the norm, this is the place for you to go! Also I'm pretty sure if you have a normal body size this is also the place for you to go. The quality of the suits and pants at the Suit Exchange is much better than online retailers like the "suit shop" (beware, stay away from the "suit shop" - high prices for cheap quality suits).
