Starbucks — Restaurant in Riverside

I was over charged for a drink (mind you it was a grande) that normally only cost me around 5$, the person taking my order was really unprofessional, she even answered her phone as I was giving my order! no one has ever had a problem with the way I order my drink or the inclusions (it's only 2 things), but she did? sure the drink ended up good but she knew what I was going for, yet still placed it in differently, I think that's why my price was so different. To top it off as she turned away from me she talked about my drink pretty loudly, saying "ugh, why do so many people want this? it's gross" this one of the closer starbucks to me, and it's in the mall, that's just a bonus. but this one incident is making me never want to go back to...

Most of workers are nice and gave me good service but the manager(I think she is the manager) is racist. She was doing cashier and she was smiling, super nice to Mexican & American custmers before me, but she stopped smiling she was super super rude when I went to order. I think she did it to me cus I'm Asian. Everything was great except my caramel macchiato was more than $8 when it’s supposed to be around $6.
