They said it takes four weeks to receive it because it comes from Michael Amini factory. They came and coffee table and one chair had a crack. I called customer service they said they can send somebody in my house to repair it. I refused it and told them I did pay you 10K for flawless furniture. I asked for exchange or return. THEY SAID THEY DO NOT HAVE RETURN POLICY!!!!! Store manager said they must come and picked it up first, then they can order a new one. They came and took them to their Wearhouse. I marked them because I wanted to make sure they do what they are supposed to do. After 4 months back and forth with them they said they donât know when Iâm going to receive my new furniture. Store manager said we are just a middleman and do not have control over factory. I told him but I paid you and you must take care of your customer, but he said there is nothing that he could do. I went to the store to talk to owner, but they said he is not here. Again, store manager came and said they can not give me the new furniture the most that they can do is to repair the old one and send it to me. At this point I was tired and angry I said just do whatever you have to do! Finally, they send the repaired furniture but this time the coffee table glass is missing. Unfortunately, I encountered several issues that have left me dissatisfied with their services. Firstly, there was a significant delay in the delivery of my order. This delay caused inconvenience and frustration on my part as I had expected a timely delivery.
Furthermore, when the item finally arrived after a two-month wait, it was not the correct item that I had ordered. This mistake was highly disappointing and demonstrated a lack of attention to detail on the part of the company. Despite reaching out to them for assistance, I received no satisfactory response or resolution. The company simply stated that they were a third party and were unable to offer a refund or accept a return of the incorrect item.
I must express my disappointment with the company's handling of these issues. Their lack of responsibility and failure to rectify their mistakes is unacceptable. I believe that a company should take ownership of their errors and make every effort to provide a satisfactory resolution for their customers.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company to others. The level of service and the lack of accountability displayed by the company is not in line with what one would expect from a reputable furniture store.
