Steve’s Donuts — Restaurant in Riverside

I just left here this morning. The woman of this is establishment is wonderful very respectful she ensures that all of her customers are happy everytime with my experience. This rating is solely based on the man of the establishment he is rude and disrespectful and doesn't have a clue about good customer service. This morning in particular I purchased a cup of coffee like I pretty much do a french vanilla cappuccino. After he filled the cup with coffee he then brings it over and begins to place it in coffee that another customer wasted thank God I was there to stop him. When I stopped him and asked him what is he doing he said oh I am not going to serve you anymore you can wait on her. I then said to him I need a lid for my coffee he replied I do not have any. He new he didn't have any in the first place. On another day that I visited I handed him my credit card he tossed it to me when returning it. The ONLY reason I have returned is because of the lady. He likes to "joke," but none of his "jokes," are funny. He asked if I were happy that my grandson is light or dark because he is multi -cultural what does that suppose to mean? I should have been done then! Whenever I visit there I do business with the woman. I ALWAYS deal with her even if I am up next in line however today she wasn't available so I had to do business with him that was the icing on the cake I will not be returning due to his blanton disrespect and unprofessionalism. I decided to come here in the morning to treat myself to donuts and coffee before work. I noticed how this place has so many gold reviews and have been trying all the donut stores near me as a new local.

The donuts look superb, freshly made. I am eating a glazed one as I type this and it is quite delicious.

Main thing about donut shops is that their coffee can be hit or miss. The coffee here is pretty darn good which means you don't have to get coffee somewhere else if you wanted donuts.

Additionally, Steve or whomever the man is running the store is very friendly and kind.

Overall, excellent experience here. I can see why there are so many good reviews. I felt very welcomed and not rushed at all. Try this place out.

I forgot to mention it's damn affordable too. I paid less than $15 for two large iced coffees and six donuts. Let's go!!!!
