Subway — Restaurant in Riverside

I ordered online for pick up for 11:20 am I get there at 11:30 and tell the lady making the sandwiches I am here to pick up my sandwich and give her my name. she proceedss to tell me that going to start on my sandwich I say ok but then she is making 3 other sandwiches and when she finishes at 11:40 goes to hand me the 3 sandwiches and I inform her that is not mine and I repeat my name and she turns around and picks my sandwich of the counter and hand it to me. Typically, I would be ok with that but I ordered for a specific time so I can make it on time to work. I wish she would have paid more attention when I said my name when I arrived for my pick up. They give me the wrong bread so I call it in to get it remade, no big issue. I show up as they pull the sub from the oven and I notice they included cheese which was never in my original order. I point out their mistake but instead of making it for the third time, due to their 2 mistakes, they tried to continue the sub and say it was my fault for the second sub being wrong. They tried to lecture me about ordering properly but the whole reason I was there twice in 10 minutes was because they made a mistake.

Went to buy a sandwhich and use a coupon. Asked if could use and was told yes as soon as finished phone order. 10 minutes later when ordering was told could not use for sandwhich I wanted. Also could not use for any philly steak, Italian or any sandwhich that has roast beef.
