Taco Bell — Restaurant in Riverside

this is not my normal Taco Bell first of all but I was in Riverside and my girls were hungry so why not? this is why...They dont offer kids meals , the cravings menu will compensate for that. After a 10 minute wait , we finally placed our order for a nacho fries box with a Baja Blast freeze & for my three-year-old a soft taco and a nachos and cheese & sm Gatorade. I guess this is my fault because I should have checked my bag before pulling out. They didn't put my daughters nachos in the bag and got the flavor wrong on the freeze. instead of waiting in line again (7 car's) I called and said , hey I just pulled out and I'm missing nachos & you gave us the wrong flavor freeze...can I either come In and get them or can Someone bring them out bcuz the line is out to the road. ..No and No. If you come back through I'll give u a free drink. I' Told them ... hell no keep the nachos and the Drink. Just not worth another 10 to 15 mins of my waiting around. They're slow , rude and obvious not...

The food is always kinda old. Like they cooked everything 30-60 minutes before you ordered.

I ordered a breakfast box from them last week, and it was not very good.

I was going to give them another try this morning, but upon opening the app to order, I see just this week they raised the price of the breakfast box by another dollar, to make it $6.99.

It's not worth it anymore, so I went to McDonald's across the street for real value. I don't mind paying a little more for the big breakfast with hotcakes and a drink at hardly $1 more than the breakfast box because McDonalds emphasizes cooking food to order as frequently as possible, while Taco Bell is happy to allow lazy employees to pre-cook hash browns an hour before you get it.

This breakfast box was $5 in 2021. It's now $7. Sorry, but even though you haven't exactly priced me out, there are just far better options now for...

I literally waited 43 mins in this drive thru. The drive thru literally keeps you in it whether you wish to leave or not. Sat at the window for 15 mins before even taking my order. Literally finally get to the window I see 5 young people working and laughing. One guy scratching his behind the desk. I thought maybe someone didn't come to work might be running short staff , smh not the case. Take my card hands it back shuts window no receipt.Then finallly hands me my food shuts the window didn't offer sauce forgot my cheese so I waved for assistance as they laugh amongst each other so I can get my sauce and cheese for my chips. Then some kid from the back had to show the person how to print my receipt 🤦 what a joke. People just don't take work serious anymore and still getting a paycheck. Get home 46 mins later no napkins , and 4 pops...
