Dont Bother Ordering Online
Terrible service by the older lady, who I assume is the franchise owner. I ordered online, and there was no way to enter a coupon I had (the coupon was good at all Utah locations, but there was no code, it requires you to show a card).
I ordered online and went in to pick up, I told the woman at the register that online did not have a way to show my coupon. She was rude and said "you ordered online? I cant help you" and proceeded to pick up the phone and walk away from the register. When she came back I asked if I could cancel the order then and order again, and she said "It's not possible to cancel an online order, you paid online, it's done" and walked away again. I had not yet picked up the pizzas, so I just started asking to cancel completely, she was trying to ignore and dismiss me. I started to look online to try to figure out how to cancel after the woman abandoned me again at the register. Eventually after me asking to cancel the order for about the 5th/6th time, she asked for my card and made the adjustment. It took her about 15 seconds once she decided to.
Throughout the entire process she was rude and snappy to me, and the lie about not being possible to cancel an order really was a bad experience. I like papa murphy's in general but have had weird experiences like this where one location is much worse or much better service. (Franchises vs corporate stores, or specific franchise owners maybe have different standards for service. I can only guess)

Read moreI walked in to order pizza tonight, and so I had to wait a couple of minutes! While waiting I’m assuming it was the manager, her name was Deanne, was being super unprofessional to all the other employees there. I witnessed her raise her voice a few times, and at one point one gal told her she was being very confusing because she just kept raising her voice giving orders that made no sense! No one was talking to each other, they all seemed uncomfortable and quiet. They even asked her permission to answer the phone when it rang, and just acted intimidated by her. Just the couple minutes I was there I was super disappointed with how these employees were treated! So if they have access to this.. just know y’all were doing a great job and I appreciate you helping with my pizzas. As for the manager… I’m so sorry I witnessed it and I hope she can treat the employees better...
Read moreI struggled with the app. It wasn't really intuitive. I wasn't sure if I had placed an order or not. When I got there, I found that there was no order pending. Like I said, the app was confusing. Notwithstanding the app, the supervisor at the store was very accommodating. She quickly got my orders in their system and jumped right into putting them together. There were no long stares pondering how I could be so non-tech savey. The cook at home pizzas were good. I had a cowboy pizza with extra olives & mushrooms. My wife had a chicken and artichoke gluten-free with dairy free mozzarella. The price was kind of steep at $31.xx for two mid-size pizzas. Their pizzas are good, but they could be better if they used a more Italian style herb tomato paste/sauce. Strate tomato paste is just too bland for my taste. (like...
