Worst experience ever. We placed our order and I asked for ice cream on the bottom. As I was waiting, I overheard the employee topping off my snowcone ask the other employee if she remembered to put ice cream on. She forgot so instead of just making a new one, they scooped the already poured snowcone into a cup with ice cream, making a COMPLETE mess. She laughed as she handed me the cup. It was COVERED in syrup (shown in picture) and most of the snowcone was just melted and smothered in syrup. I had to ask for napkins to even hold the snowcone since it was covered in syrup. Not to mention it was hardly edible as most of the cup was basically snowcone syrup. They were extremely unprofessional. I could’ve sworn I left a review here previously, but I guess I didn’t post! So here I am posting now. Went yesterday with my daughter, and it’s the best shaved ice in Utah. Even with local competitor Bahama bucks, how cool I will beat it out every time I’ve been tempted to open a franchise a few different times, but just haven’t found the sweet spot, but I will soon because this could be a daily part of my life, and should be. They always seem to hire the friendly staff, the places to sit are always immaculate and well-kept, always feel like I get more than I ordered even if it’s a small, Julia is a part of my summer life! I feel bad leaving this review as I don't blame the girls that were working there who seemed clearly under trained at the job. There was a clear mismanagement issue where you had only 2 people working during the busiest day who seemed very new to what was happening. A third person showed up later on but didn't speed anything up. We were waiting about an hour for our shaved ice. While they were making my wife's and about to send it out, the girl dropped it in the shed and then I had to watch 4 or 5 other people's orders come out before they decided to remake my wife's.
