Chicken Shack Riverview — Restaurant in Riverview

The food at the time of my visit was made to order. It was done right and tasted very good. Some could find it an issue with wait times when it comes to serving customers in that fashion but it results in freshly made food. If you like places similar to KFC or Churches you should like this place.

Plenty of parking. Easy to enter and leave. Not sure if they actually use their drive thru window, at the time I came to the restaurant it was not being used and someone was actually parked at the front of the window. Assuming to promote it was not in service. Again not entirely sure if it was a one off or not.

The staff was friendly and very up front and honest about wait times during my visit due to the volume of orders currently present. They were quick and accurate upon taking my order and making it. If they had more help it would definitely improve the wait times.

For what it is (a fast food like restaurant) it's a bit pricey but for the quality and taste it was fine. I didn't feel like I overpaid once I got my order. In fact their ribs are very competitively priced for what you get.

In short, the wait times could be improved but I don't hold it against them due to the level of customer service they provided along with the quality of the food I received. Overall I would come here again and would say this is a step above a "KFC". P.S. they have some really good...

Food was good (as usual), customer service was good for the girl with dark hair that cashed me out and for the gentleman helping.The bad part was the female cook (blondish-brown hair) who was swearing up a storm, throwing things, yelling and complaining about how she hates making chicken bites. I was there picking up an online order (decent size) for work. The other two workers working with her in the building were just letting her vent out I guess while she was making the food. You can tell they were embarrassed and don’t know what to say to her besides letting her just cause a scene. Not a good look for customers to see someone especially the person making the food, throwing things around and cussing. Unfortunately, not my first time seeing her doing that when I’ve gone in to pick up an order. In fact, this is at least the second time in a couple months, I’ve seen her act this way. Unprofessional. Management needs to have a talk with her. A worker complaining about having to make food in a food service industry, which is how the business makes money maybe shouldn’t be working...

Originally placed an order sometime around the 1st or 3rd of July call back talk to a girl named Miranda I told her my problem but the food that I had when I got home was in my original order I originally ordered a shrimp dinner and a fried mushroom and when I got home and opened it up it was somebody's fish dinner and another order of potatoes call back said it wasn't a problem next time I decided to order that they would be a credit for my original order. Call back today July 23rd Saturday spoke to two people on the phone didn't have no idea of what I was talking about said they were no credit and they can remake my order. Me and my family's been eating Chicken Shack for many many years never had no problem" first time I did you got hung out to dry I don't know not happy would have went back same day but they close at 9:00 and they said they had everything shut off...
