I am super disappointed with my experience this morning. I would consider myself a very patient person. But when I asked for a large dragon fruit refresher with coconut milk, the cashier taking my order informed me that there were, “no pieces” & I said, that’s fine… I’ll take strawberries instead. The lady that took my order charged me more than what it typically cost. Luckily, she was able to adjust it at the window. Once she handed me my drink, through the drive-through window… I was shocked. My drink was essentially a glass of ice milk. I took it with a smile, paid for my drink, & drove off. But I couldn’t justify spending over six dollars for a drink I wasn’t going to drink. So I went in & asked for just a strawberry refresher with coconut milk, which I sometimes get & this is what they gave me. This is not what it typically looks like. It’s usually a darker pink. A friendly suggestion… smile at customers or even say, I apologize for the inconvenience. I was nothing but kind & even apologized for trying to fix their mistake. That’s all.

They said this particular drink only gets 4 Oz of milk. To divert the whole situation they could have just gave me extra milk, or I would have happily bought extra! Don't you want to keep your CUSTOMERS happy?!?!?! This is unacceptable!!!

I’m sure this review will get lost in the piles of reviews - but I get Starbucks here most mornings, the ladies and gentleman who work here are so kind and friendly. Today they wrote “You Matter” on my cup and it was truly my reason to stay today. What you employees do matters. It may seem like a mundane job - frustrating and stressful - but sometimes your smiling face is the only one that someone sees that day. Keep doing you employees! and support this location if possible ❤️

My wife recently went to the 17056 Fort St, Riverview location for a mobile order. All that happened is she was focusing on the car in front of her and forgot to notify them that she was there to pickup a mobile order. When she arrived at the window she apologized and explained why she didn't notify them right away. Instead of just being professional and saying it's okay to make mistakes. The employee gave my wife an attitude and told her that she should drive back to the end of the line again if she missed the intercom.

How does that even make any sense? She did give my wife her drink, but she was giving an attitude that did not suite a job that requires social interaction with the public. This is a simple honest mistake that anyone could make that is tired in the morning. The drink was already made, so it's not like it was much of a hassle to walk 10 ft to get the drink, something she would have done anyways even if they had the interaction on the intercom. My wife asked for her name and all she did was ignore her and walked away from the window, obviously she knew that what she did was not proper. All I can give is this vague description. She was a late 20's female, Caucasian, auburn colored hair, hair a little passed her shoulders. This happened April 18, 2024 around 9:20AM. This just ruined my wife's day. We'll definitely not be going back to this location. I hope the manager wakes up and learns to hire better people, after reading some of these reviews it seems like this is a normal occurrence. I recently had an incredibly disappointing visit to Starbucks that left me questioning whether it's worth the time and money. My experience was marred by long wait times, a persistent lack of available drinks, and the consistent issue of being served cold coffee.

Despite Starbucks promoting itself as a quick and convenient coffee stop, I found myself stuck in a frustrating line that moved at a glacial pace. Title: Terrible Experience at Starbucks

I recently had an incredibly disappointing encounter at Starbucks that left me questioning the company's commitment to customer service. I visited the store and was shocked at the lack of professionalism displayed by the manager.

My wife accidentally selected a personal cup and I simply didn’t have it. I asked if she could just put it in a plastic cup and the manager rolled her eyes and let out an audible sigh as if I had just asked for the impossible. I found her reaction not only unprofessional but downright rude.

Instead of addressing my concern with empathy, the manager seemed inconvenienced by my simple request. Her dismissive attitude made me feel like I was inconveniencing her entire day by asking for a cup. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially from someone in a managerial position.

I understand that working in customer service can be challenging, but basic courtesy and respect should be non-negotiable. Rolling eyes and displaying a lack of consideration for a customer's request is a clear indication that this Starbucks location needs to reevaluate its customer service standards. It's disheartening to see such a well-known brand fail to prioritize customer satisfaction.
