The onions are routinely put against tht bin and this makes the bun super soft, like gummy and doughy. Really ruins the tactile experience and flavor eating them. Especially the larger sliders that are loaded with onions. The photos clearly show the onions in the middle of the burger, as to not make tht bin soggy and slimey. The staff, they're always super friendly here. Always. It's off how friendly but it always makes us feel welcome. They hustle too. If you go inside and look you'll see there's plenty of them and they're all moving around. There's a buzz in the kitchen. The issue is with tht wait times. It's routinely 10-20 minutes waiting for an order. Seems to be the case no matter which location we go to. Sometimes we see slacking workers but at this location, that's definitely not the case. I'd give a 5 star rating across the board but the wait times are long enough to write home about. It is to a point that I consider how much time I have if the kids ask for White Castle. This is the same if it's drive-thru or inside the store. The store though, it's always so festive for different holidays inside. We went in near Christmas time and it was decked out. Read more(Just an FYI before reading.....I do not like leaving bad reviews and usually choose not to even bother, but with my last visit in mind I felt the need to just express honesty) ~We love and crave it sometimes and have been going to this location for many years, however the wait is always terrible. We gave up on going through the Drive-thru a long time ago because of the rude customer service and also even if there's no cars in front of you, you still wait forever. The inside is usually nice and clean, and the pop/cups area and condiment area are always stocked and clean, but the wait is just as bad inside. Even after the wait for our order taking forever, the food has either been cold or not fresh at all lately. Even sitting down and eating it there the moment they give it to us and not waiting until I get home knowing it'll be twice as cold. And to me at least, White Castle is not something good microwaved/reheated. The customer service I don't think will ever change unfortunately.
