First Watch — Restaurant in Riverview

I was really hoping to give this experience 5 stars. Unfortunately that started to dwindle from the first encounter with the hostess. She walked us to out seat with two menus and there were four of us. As we sat down she asked "how many in your party?" We said four. She literally threw the menus on the table and walked away. She returned a short time later with two more menus. I wanted to walk out bit my family wanted to stay being that we waited almost an hour to be seated. Our waitress came over and she was a little more pleasant. But my adult children food came out cold. My daughter's waffle was so cold the butter didn't melt and she couldn't cut it. My son waffle was cold as well. They sent them back and they remade them but it added to the wait time to eat and their other food was getting cold. It was a lot. I typically love First Watch, and this one is close to my house. But I can honestly say I won't go back to this location. An...

She made perfect suggestion explain the menu very well and was patient with us. being in customer service can have its ups and downs And I know, people complain over the little things, even if it was not your mistake but very rarely Those of us who are in customer service get the appreciation that we deserve so I wanted to make sure that we celebrate Gina we acknowledge Gina and we love aunt Gina because she is an amazing person with a beautiful heart and amazing soul! Absolutely FANTASTIC experience with exceptional food and service by Natalie. From being out of town where we have FW at home, I just overlooked it as another chain and now I can honestly say it’s a top breakfast choice! I hope the location at home can compare to Apollo Beach FW. The modern yet subtle decor is beautiful and I loved sitting on the patio! I ordered the raspberry ricotta French toast special- INCREDIBLE. It is clear they pay close detail to food presentation and quality!
