I love Dunkin and always stop when out and about to get a coffee for myself and Latte for my wife. This particular one was just a disaster. the wait was too long for my order as only 4 people ahead in line aside from 5 cars in the drive thru. The wait was due to the young lady inside getting orders incorrect and then yelling at the patrons if the stated so. I order a coffee black and a hot caramel decaffeinated Latte. After 15 minutes I was handed a coffee with milk and sugar as well as a caffinated Latte. I stated that the order was incorrect and she became irritate, slammed the cups into the sink and complained as she had to replace the order. I heard under her breath, " What's the difference, decaf not decaf." to which I replied, in a loud response, " The difference is that my wife is allergic to caffeine. Does that answer your question. " When I finally got the order we continued on our journey. About 10 minutes away we tried our coffee and Latte just just to taste the most horrific we have ever had. This establishment should get better staffing and people like the young lady working there should either find a more suitable job that fits her personality or learn how to better handle her anger issues. Read moreTerrible I used the app to order ahead. We went into the drive through, nobody spoke for about 2 minutes. We let them know we had a mobile order. They gave us the order right away and the guy was friendly. We had to go back around and I had to go in. I was missing the 2 donuts that I ordered and had a grilled cheese instead. They took the sandwich and said “you didn’t order a grilled cheese?” No I ordered 2 donuts, a sour cream and a pumpkin. They told me we don’t have sour cream, they discontinued that a long time ago. and they asked me “the app let you order it?” Captain obvious worked at this location. Anyway they gave me the donuts, no apology. There was a car outside who was handing back the wrong items, and several customers inside giving their items back so they could get the correct items. I got in my car, drive off, then realized I had the wrong drink too 🤦🏻♀️ I paid for a large macchiato and got a small coffee. I gave my feedback on the app and it issued me a coupon for a free donut when I purchase a medium or large drink . 🤷🏻♀️

The woman at the drive through window had ZERO customer service skills and has the audacity to get mad because I wouldn’t pull up to the front of the store and wait for my food. She told me with attitude “IM ON A TIMER” and I said “well last time I was here and did that yall wasted my time because you took forever and gave me the wrong food” She slams the window closed. I get my food and like a dummy I don’t check it before I leave the window, I grab it and go because I don’t want to see her stank face, and sure enough THE ORDER IS WRONG!!! Both bagels were the wrong ones and the hash browns were undercooked, cold and mushy as hell! So I turn around go right back through the drive thru, had to wait 4 cars deep, and when I pulled up I told her she gave us the wrong order, and THIS is exactly why I don’t pull up to the front of the store!
