This wendy's location needs to get their acts together. We ordered a full size southwest avocado salad from the menu. What we got was a plate of stale lettuce with soggy diced tomatoes and some shredded cheese, period. No avocado, no chicken, no bacon and no southwest ranch dressing. When we ordered, the cashier asked for what dressing we wanted. We said we want the one it comes with, the southwest ranch. They gave us a couple packets of ranch dressing. So here we got a pretty bad generic salad named "southwest avocado salad" with no avocado and nothing southwest about it. If they did not have the ingredients we would have loved it if the employees told us so, suggesting to order something else and we would have been happy to get something else. If they dont want to do the salad at this location, then they should take it out from the menu. We brought up the issue that there is something wrong with our salad since there is no avocado and we are pretty sure there is supposed to be some avocado in a "southwest avocado salad" then they gave us two scoops of avocados in a separate cartoon. Still no chicken, bacon, or southwest ranch dressing. I was hoping they would check up on what they gave us and what they should have correctly given us... namely what the menu item should look like. No employee in this location seemed to care. We ended up just throwing away our salad and ordered another sandwich (which was pretty bad too, the chicken was fried okay but there was almost no sauce in it.. very bland). The employees still didn't care to notice what they were doing wrong. Really there is something wrong in this place. I reported to the corporate management customer service. They should not be...
Read moreMy daughter and I had a girls day of shopping thrift stores, department stores etc. and she decided to treat me to lunch at Wendy's. Service WAS AWFUL! We placed an order with my daughter's first name and they wrote down a color for her name. She has very simple name. We placed our order inside at 2:48. At 3 our name on the board said it was ready. Got up there and it was not ready and our name had disappeared. When I asked was told it would take 30 minutes to cook the chicken for our Strawberry salads. The manager was working beside the counter and corrected the young man and said it would only take 11 minutes.
While I was waiting for my order another customer asked for sour cream for their baked potato and was told they were out by same person that told me it would take 30 minutes to cook chicken. Then manager again corrected this employee saying sour cream was right there-pointing it out to said employee. Heard manager yell to employees that if they were not talking about Wendy's business they needed to be quiet. I feel so sorry for this manager. Has a bunch of kids working for her that do not know how to act professionally and stay on task.
Finally received our order at 3:18. Took 30 minutes to receive two simple strawberry salads. Ridiculous! Will not go back to this restaurant. Was only dark spot in our girls day out. We hadn't had one since before COVID.
Next time we''ll go to Mayflower. Maybe we'll have...
Read moreEmployees are truly what makes your business. Yes, kind of hard to find all perfect associates but this restaurant does a great job in making the clients feel welcome and appreciated. I do notice that some customers are short and are rushing to get rid of their masks. I myself sometimes rush in and forget my masks but i know to make sure future visits i should wear one. I am fully vaccinated and have my booster. As usual I get a spicy chicken, no mayo and as usual, my order is hot and fresh. I also love the new breakfast menu offering the chicken and the seasoned potatoes. I normally go to this Wendy's and have my lunch and get out. Rarely do I go and forget I'm just going for lunch. They are allowing customers to eat in now so i had a rare opportunity to eat in and take my full lunch. Food was great and service was excellent. Bathroom was clean and no bad odors. Lunch or dinner, it's all good if you want to go out for...
