Elmo's Pizza & Subs — Restaurant in Roanoke

Not happy at all once again our subs keep getting smaller and not as good. Last time i swore i wouldnt get another one, SMALL AND NOT MADE RIGHT and i thought well ill give them another chance cause usually theyre very good and fullfilling. THIS TIME STILL VERY SMALL BARELY ANY TOPPINGS AND DEFFINATELY NOT MADE RIGHT. STROMBOLI HAS PIZZA SAUCE, PEP, SAUS, ONIONS, WE ORDERED IT WITHOUT GP&MUSH, but no sauce at all is rediculous and barely any sausage. AND THE GUY WORKING THERE ACTs AS IF ITS A PROBLEM IF U ASK FOR ANYTHING DIFFERENT NO MATTER WHAT IT MAY BE its happened last 2 times and visit there quite often . DONT THINK ILL RETURN AGAIN. Idiots there can't or won't make your sandwich correctly, and , since no manager ever seems to be on duty..they won't fix their own mistakes. You have to wait a day or two till the manager calls you and offers to remake your food. Worst service I've ever had at a food establishment. If you don't want to wait 3 days to get what you ordered, don't go here. I wish I could give this place a zero star. This has happened to me here 3 times. I will starve before I try to eat here again. Everyone who works here needs fired. Three people standing around doing nothing and they can't get thier only customers...

Never been. Stopped in for a pizza. Ordered on the screen and it said pay at register. I waited at the register closest to elmos. The girl handed me my pizza totally ignoring me trying to hand her money. Then someone said pay at the other register. I go and am waiting to pay. The girl at this register is totally ignoring me. Finally someone said her register isnt open (literally saw someone pay there 2 min prior). Finally, am able to pay and get out of there. Mind you, all of this with a toddler, drink, bag, and pizza in hand. They weren't busy. Everyone was less than helpful and the pizza was trash. I...
