McDonald's — Restaurant in Roanoke

I don't understand why it's such an issue to get a cup of fresh coffee from this place w/out feeling like I'm trying to rob them for 10 sugars and 5 creamers for a large coffee! Yes it may sound like a lot but that's how I like it! And my husband does too! (my fault) Maybe they should try it! They would probably like it too! And these people hold a grudge. We have had more than one issue here. Obviously we live in the area and when we have an early morning on the run we grab a 10 o'clock or later coffee from here. Sometimes that's every day for a week etc... So quite often. They know us. Once they know it's us the attitude is on. Eye rolls shutting the window in your face when you're trying to ask for a straw or the rest of your order. And just plain being short and rarely and I mean rarely do we ever get a Thank you. Their is one guy that works here that actually smiles when he sees us and has our cream and sugar in the bag! The correct amount! He's great! But we don't see him often. NO JOKE! EVERY TIME IT'S NOT HIM we don't get what we need. We have to ask for it. They get upset and bring back more. Ok. We are still 3 cream short and 7 sugars. Oh now we have really upset them! WTH?! Is the attitude we get from them. I'm not sure if it's they don't listen or can't count or every individual packet is taken out of their paychecks. So yes. We have called management. We have been treated very nicely by management. Even replaced our meal after a disgusting incident w an employee at the window. Unfortunately we had to go to the McDonald's on the other side of Christiansburg to get it bcause we can't see what their doing back there! No TRUST there at all and this is our local restaurant. Management has tried to repair the relationship here but the employees could care less. I have worked restaurant management with over 10 years under my belt. NOW it's been years but I still can't imagine customer service doesn't matter anymore. Unfortunately these people are young and apparently could care less about their McDonald's career OR that they have lost our business. And for the record we have NOT EVER been rude or condescending back to...

This McDonald's in particular at the moment has had some sort of shortage and staff or something as I went last night because they messed up a previous order. So as I went to last night to place a separate order and let them know I would like to replace the sandwich they really messed up the night before..... a second chance. I get in the drive through sit there for 15 minutes only to find out that that they were ignoring my side of it so I had to drive around the other way instead another 10 minutes to place my order . Finally got to the window the fries are completely soggy and the two mediums that I ordered literally looks like a combination together maybe was a medium! At that time had also ordered a blizzard and other items. After proceeding through a 45-minute drive through wait receiving the food that I paid for they told me I would need to come in and ask them for the sandwich separately. So I did walked in with my food from the drive-thru and not only did it take them 30 minutes to get the sandwich I had to remind them about an overpriced ice cream that they had to ring up as a Sunday and still didn't give me the proper amount. also I had to remind them about the other item I had ordered. I understand everyone gets busy and I understand things happen but at the same time I am a paying customer and all of us don't usually have a whole lot of time especially when we say no problem we'll come in and don't make a big deal about anything this is just a little bit ridiculous. Am I the only one that can't afford to just continuously throw money away for absolutely no reason..... I don't know if I ever want to...

Best French fries in the world, at any other McDonald's.. This place is the worst I have ever been to! Where do I even begin? Ok I ordered a large vanilla shake, when I got it I noticed that it had red stuff in the bottom so I took it back fearing it was strawberry after confirming my fear that it's strawberry they gladly gave me another one after I told them that I was allergic to strawberry when I got outside I noticed that it too had red in it! So I took it back and asked for my money back at this point setting it on the counter. Then a young lady employee rudely yelled at me to throw it away acting like I had done something wrong! After having a private conversation with her manager the manager came to return my money with an even bigger attitude towards me. I told her that I was allergic and that her employee had been very rude to me which only made the manager even ruder telling me that her employee was actually just fine and that I was the one who had a attitude! After that I absolutely did have one after all they had almost made me very sick because of the strawberries! They told me not to come back which is not a problem at all I wasn't going to anyway! The employees are VERY rude probably learning it from the manager who is not even capable of cleaning a milkshake machine and obviously doesn't care if she poisonous someone or not! Wow McDonald's wth happened to ya! This place is not worthy of any stars and the employees and management well there are no words to describe the lack of concern for...
