If you've ever watched the movie Zootopia, the sloths at the DMV we're faster than the employees at this subway. You laugh but, it's a serious issue when they COULD be capitalizing from the large nearby companies when they are on lunch. I normally steer clear if there is more than one person in line because I won't get back to work on time. Today was especially bad because I ordered a foot long wheat chicken bacon ranch. The lady put teriyaki chicken on it, and when I pointed out that it was the wrong chicken, she just stood there looking at the menu behind the counter. I didn't have time for her to grab another bread and start over, so I just let it go. Then she almost didn't put the bacon on my chicken BACON ranch, and when I asked her for the bacon, she stood there again, staring at the menu. After the meats and cheese we're on and it was done being toasted, they took my sub out and it sat while two of the employees fiddled with the cash register and the younger gentleman was preparing the next customers meal. When he started putting her veggies on, I politely asked if anyone was going to make my sub, and he apologized, helped me out, and asked for help from the other two that were still at the register (which never came). I listed the veggies that I wanted, and he put the first one on, then asked me again, then he put the next one on, then he asked me again...this happened two more times....once for every topping. Unfortunately this is not an isolated incident. As I stated, I normally steer clear when I see more than one person in line because of issues like this. The only thing I recommend in regards to this subway is that the employees figure out what the term "sense of urgency" means, and actually learn what goes on a...
Read moreWorst customer service ever, run away fast, they tried to fix it but, no just no. Half the order is wrong, and the first worker was so rude that I felt that we were inconveniencing him by ordering our lunch from the drive-thru. We didnât even get the drink we ordered because by the end of it we were just wanting to leave, because it was just to hard to get the order even half right. My mom is on a low sodium diet and they put so much sodium laden items on her salad, that we specifically did not ask for, that she canât even eat the salad she got from them. The place is a joke. They donât care about getting the order right they just want your money and to see you walk out the door and drive away. You as a customer donât matter here only the money in your pocket does. Donât expect your order to be right, just expect to feel like they want you to pay and leave because the customer does not matter at this Subway. I am still angry about the service we received here that I canât even eat the food I got from there I...
Read moreHave had a few bad experiences at this Restaurant while going thru drive thru. 1st time the older lady working made my 2 wraps "the way they come" without asking me which veggies I wanted. What happened to they make it your way? She was very rude when I asked when i got to pick the veggies i wanted. She was already done. Another girl took over and remade my food. Yesterday i went thru drive thru and ordered wraps again, this time when ordering i asked Do i pick the veggies on my wraps? She told me yes. When i paid and she handed me my bag, my veggies were all in bowls. My wraps were meat and cheese and I was supposed to put my veggies on myself.. what in th world is going on at...
