Came here on a routine uber eats pick up. Was told they didn't have the order. I suggested they look at their future orders since I was early. I was told no they aren't doing that.
Completely felt disrespect in every word from the person taking the order. As a retired veteran I don't tolerate disrespect. I asked for the managers name so I could discuss the attitude with them. First the person in the window said they were the manager of the restaurant. I called their bluff and said no way would a true GM treat a customer this way, they then said the GM wasn't home, I asked for their name and was refused.
As I said, I don't tolerate disrespect and as a member of VFW, and the American Legion I will be posting warnings for any veteran with any inkling of respect NOT to give a penny to this location. There are too many options in this economy for someone to be that disrespectful and expect patrons to come there.
I am not saying I have massive influence, but every dollar in this economy means something and veterans are many, our dollars count and all people deserve to be treated with respect...
Read moreWOW. This was literally the worst Arby's I have ever been to BY FAR. We went through the drive-thru at 8:30 p.m. and this location closes at 12, but you'd never be able to tell that. They had nothing food wise, so it took us a good ten minutes just to order anything edible. But, that was not the worst part about this location. The worst part is that the employees find it completely acceptable to touch food that goes into someone's mouth and body without gloves on, fondling it for a good five minutes before coming back to the window. We sat there for a good eight or nine minutes while the guy who gave us our drinks paced around eating and re-arranging our food after he just got done stuffing his gob. But then, after we asked for a refund and asked why there was nothing for them to serve with almost four hours of business left, the manager said that most of it, mainly the turnovers, takes too long to cook so they cut it off. Read moreI actually hadn’t visited this particular Arbys for awhile and on 8/23/23 I decided to take my 4 year old son here for lunch and eat inside. I was shocked at how clean the inside was! Also the lady at the register named LaLa was an incredibly nice person! If she isn’t manager, Arbys better make her one and if she is, give her a raise to keep her here! I will continue to come back more often since it seems it’s run better than it was a couple years back.
LaLa was very pleasant, she brought our food to our table with a smile, even checked on us to see if we needed anything and this was during lunch rush!! As I sat there eating with my boy I witnessed her treating every customer great and almost every customer rung the bell as they left. It was nice to see this since most fast food places have employees that seem bothered by the fact you stopped to eat lol. I will be back soon and hopefully LaLa is...
