We LOVE The Drury Inn & Suites. Their Rooms are Clean & Comfortable. Their Queen Bed Deluxe Room was Very Spacious. We were Impressed. We have also stayed in the Double Queen Bed Suite. This is our Favorite Overall. The Suite has a Bedroom, a Living Room, & a Bathroom. The Living Room has a Desk, Mini Kitchenette (w a small Microwave, & a small mini fridge), TV, a Chair, a Coffee Table, & a Pull Out Couch. The Bedroom has 2 Queen Beds, a TV, & Most Importantly, a Door for Privacy. The bathroom is Large too! So Much Room! The Beds in Both Rooms are Very Comfortable, not too hard & not too soft, just right. The View out of our windows was Spectacular! We have the side of the Inn that The Market District is located on. So Pretty at Night. We Absolutely Love their Hot Breakfasts & Dinners. The only complaint that my husband has is the fact that they never change breakfast. It's always the same every day. I like it though. Breakfast: Oatmeal, Different Cereals w Milk, Yogurt, Fresh Fruit, Waffles, Bagels, Bread/Toast, Blueberry Muffins, Pepper Gravy over a Biscuit, Fried Potatoes, Sausage Patties, Scrambled Eggs, & of course all the toppings: Peanut Butter, Jelly, Honey, Butter, Syrup, Shredded Cheese, Cream Cheese, Salsa, Hot Sauce, etc. Drinks: Reg & Decaf Coffee, Hot Tea, Hot Chocolate, Apple, Cranberry, & Orange Juice, & Water. All REALLY GOOD to me! They also have Dinner which is different nightly. Dinner: Soup (or Chili), Salad w either Ranch or Italian, Croutons, & Tomatoes (which are the FRESHEST TOMATOES I have ever Eaten! So GOOD!). Hot Dogs, w Ketchup, Mustard, Relish, Shredded or liquid Cheese, Nachos w Cheese &/or Salsa, Popcorn, then their Entree is Different Nightly. Tonight it was Chicken Alfredo w Steamed String Beans, & a Baked Potato w Toppings. Drinks: a Select Few Alcoholic Beverages (the 1st Alcoholic Beverage is Included w your stay, the 2nd is only $1.00), Pop, Water, Coffee, Hot Tea, & Hot Chocolate. We are so APPRECIATIVE of the Dinners! Good Hot Dinners for my whole family while we stay at the Inn. The Drury Inn has a nice Fitness Center, which my Daughter Loves. It also has an Indoor Pool AND Jacuzzi! We LOVE going to the Pool Area at Night after Dinner & Right Before Bed. That's when our kids like to play to get some energy out & when Dad & I can play w them for a bit, then RELAX in The Jacuzzi afterwards. The pool goes from 3 Feet (w steps to get in), to 5 Feet & is Luke Warm. Not Cold like other Pools, & Not Hot like the Jacuzzi. Just warm enough that it's not freezing, it's Comfortable. The Jacuzzi is HOT & has Bubbles! I LOVE it! Perfect Temperature for Me! Of course, the Rules say you should only stay in it for 10 mins at a time, which I follow, so I don't get Overheated. I start in the Pool to Cool off, then go to the Jacuzzi for 10 mins, then back to the Pool & so on & so forth. By the time we all get back up to our Suite at Night after having our Bellies Full w a Good Dinner & getting some Energy Out at he Pool & Relaxing in the Jacuzzi, we change into our Jammies & are all set for Bed. We Really Enjoy the Drury Inn & Suites & are Very Appreciative of all their Services, Amenities, &...
Read moreTruth be told I never had any issue w the day shift but the night shift is ran by what can only be described as a ghetto young man whom decided at the night snack to discuss my account in front of everybody enjoying their food. Of course after his unprofessionalism his feelings were apparently upset at my description of his behavior as ghetto but that was me calling a duck a duck… this was not our first stay at the hotel however after over 6 months of paying for hospitality at $130-220 per night always paid in full w no problem to threaten to keep me locked out about a $50 hold that hasn’t been swiped was sad and uncalled for, I have been to a hotel on my first visit where they waved the incidentals as long as we promised to not use the phone so to see how petty Drury was abt the incidentals which we hardly ever actually use was disheartening.. after that experience luckily we decided to leave the hotel which they did not know when they decided the next day late into the morning to call and mention how damaging my accurate description of his behavior to b a reason to not continue staying one thing my family has never played w is spending our money and being somewhere we r treated as if they are doing us a favor Also the bugs that we found to b present on the towels at the pool area could not be excluded from the reason for a bite on one family members arm And as the this manager claims he quietly advised me of the situation which he chose to lock me out my room Abt despite being paid for the room on a third party website I couldn’t get my money back from had I decided at that point to leave. I recorded his voice talking to a family member abt the situation and I was twice as far away than the people he shared my business in front of to prove that what he said was heard throughout the dining area… if this is the way Drury does business across the country I don’t advise anybody who expects a certain level of candid and professional behavior to waste their money because the general manager seemed to stand by her very sad and decrepit managers character and disrespect which is sad because truthfully an apology was needed but this is America 2024 I’m afraid ran by many trickling people and undue conflict had I been in ghetto mode myself all of his behavior could have ended in a exemplary and extremely terrible way honestly but I learned long ago some people and places aren’t worth the energy but due the time to warn my...
Read moreOverall stay was a 10/10 Always a pleasure to stay with the Drury, However I am leaving a 4/5 star review as we did in counter two small issues with our stay. We typically stay in Ohio with Drury this is first time to do one in PA, so for the drink cards we didn’t realize it was 1 free 2 $1 drink ( no issue still awesome deal) which we later found out was a law in PA. Well we started on our 2 free cards than we went up for our 1st $1 drinks. We didn’t have change so i went upfront to the desk and asked for change. Came back and handed the bartender $3. $2 for the 2 drinks $1 tip and said that finished those drinks went back up for the final two same thing handed him $3 and he said “ No they get charged to your room this time.” So I’m not sure if he thought the first $3 was a tip or it was done with wrong intentions i do kinda feel ripped off of course it’s only $2 but that’s not the point. But then again it was real busy and having one guy do it all was awful and I’m sure it was an accident. But i wanted to bring it to attention that way this could be explained to guests maybe at check in so they know it’s charged to the room. We chatted with the folks behind us and they didn’t know that either. Second issue wasn’t directed towards us it was more so witnessed. That night we was visiting family in the lobby on the couch. And a delivery (door dash) was waiting at the door for a while we went ahead and let him in bc the front desk lady disappeared for awhile. Another gentleman was locked out his room and was waiting for someone to come back to the desk he ended up waiting awhile before calling someone. Which than she came out of the area by the bar. Not sure 100% where she was. But she was rude to this guy and was like. “You see if you needed something you needed to use this” and pointed to the phone on the desk that have no sign or anything stating “if you need assistance use this” and it was just so rude i felt bad for the guy. Which if that phones what you need to use i suggest putting a sign up. Overall the stay was amazing other than over hearing that lady with the poor demeanor we had great interactions with staff. It was and always is a clean hotel. Other than those two minor issues it was amazing. And only reason i am bringing these up is just to make it aware as if its not brought to attention it wouldn’t...
