I don't normally give bad reviews unless they are deserved. Well this one is deserved it started in the Drive-Thru it was way to long. So I I pulled out and went in side. I ordered 3 $5 fill-ups the girl was to busy trying to get another employees phone number and she didn't give me my cups for my drinks I had to wait for her to do all of here running around before I could get her attension to get my drimks. So I'm standing there waiting on my food 3 other customers came back complaining because there's orders was messed up. So I'm standing there waiting for my food took way to long. I'm standing there waiting for ever and one of the older manager was talking to the taller manager about the district manager being upset because there location isnti performing well . And using excuss like a major shopping center closed down Arby's is next door ect. It was annoying I work in the service industry every one has competition. Gusse what that's not the problem. The problem is your service sucks it was slow your location was filthy your in Robinson a high end neiborhood we don't want to eat in filth. You can't mess up every order. I got better chicken out of a banquet tv dinner our chicken was dry and tough.so if you want to increase your business. Speed up the service don't serve you customers old reheated chicken clean the kitchen it's filthy your customers see this the lobby looks like it hasn't been moped in days and wear clean uniforms I have been to inner-city locations that was cleaner. I swear I was worried a cockroach was gonna steel my wallet that how dirty this location was it looks like there was a food fight in the kitchen again I work in the service industry for 20 years I know it's tough but guess what I was successful because I didn't make petty excusses why I was slow I figured out my issues and fixed them. Clean the store provide good consistent service with fress food. And customers will come. Keep making excusses and running a dirty location well the I guess somebody else will be doing your job in a few months or the location will be shut down i hope you take some advice and become successful. Just stop the excuses. Your customers don't...
Read moreThis location has gotten worse. If there was a "0" Star or 1/2 Star, that's what they would receive at the drive thru customer service. Very slow, had to repeat order more than 4 times. She is too busy on her phone and chit chatting with another guy employee as the line behind us gets longer. Took over 20 minutes to get our order. When we asked for ranch dressing and ketchup, she rolled her eyes and gave ranch, no ketchup. I had to walk up to the drive thru window to get it as she stood there giggling with the other employee. The drive thru employee looks like she was under 18 years old and maybe new as she literally didn't know a thing. Twice the guy had to take the headset from her and complete orders. The manager I guess was helping in the kitchen as she look at us and went behind. Don't recommend this location after 8 p.m. as they are awlful. Both employees working the drive thru window should be fired. I also got "In and Out" burgers ketchup. 🙄 Fries were old and stale, tacos wrapped in burrito wraps.
This is one of the worst locations for service and getting your order correct. Since their opening, I have gone here only 2 other times and including tonight's visit, all 3 times I have gone through the drive thru and was given the wrong order.
It took 40 minutes the first go around and 2 minutes later we realized our order was incorrect. We were missing some items and given different one. No one would come to the door or answer the phone since only drive thru is open. As soon as we get to the drive up, it announces they are closed. It was 8:30 p.m. and shows open til 10 p.m. As usual, no staffing, ran out of food and closing early. We still waited and got to window. They did give us our missing item but manager never apologized and just got the food and turned away as the window runner handed it to us.
Disappointed and very displeased with this location. I do not...
Read moreI did not feel like cooking and had a serious hankering for a extra crispy chicken dinner. Admittedly it was shortly before 10pm, and after checking the website, I observed their closing time was 11:30pm.
Drove from my apartment in Crafton just dreaming of biting into some serious crispy chicken breast (have always been a breast man!) while enjoying mashed potatoes and gravy.
Arriving, I noted they were open with customers entering and leaving. Drove to the drive in to place my order...Let me say this is a dual branded restaurant - KFC and Taco Bell.
As I mentally prepared to give my order, a harsh female voice announced only Taco Bell orders would be accepted, they were no longer a KFC. I asked if KFC was closed for good and told the affirmative.
If I were a lawyer, I would seriously considering filing a lawsuit. Product is offered for sale with no public notice of closure, yet signage remains posted, illuminated and the website gives a reasonable person strong belief said product is readily available.
Pure fantasy, but a fellow can dream.
Think KFC has a good product that may need some tweaking. Perhaps a good businessman would buy the place and end Taco Bell retail agreements, but I believe Taco Bell is a better seller than fried chicken, especially with newer generations.
So ah reckon ah's gonna have to find me a sweet southern gal who wouldn't mind cookin' some nice vittles for this old...
