This is the first time I’ve eaten Dominos in over 10 years. There wasn’t a reason why I stopped, I just always try to support a local pizza parlor over the chain options. But there was a decent coupon deal, and the Dominos is a quick drive from my house so I figured, why not?
I ordered a large pizza with extra cheese, extra sauce, and 1 half with pepperoni.
People online suggested ordering extra sauce when ordering Dominos, as the typical ratio leaves customers feeling like they got cheesy bread as opposed to a well-balanced pizza. This was good advice and the extra sauce went a long way here, the taste is excellent. I am pretty surprised by how impressive it was. The sauce truly takes center stage. Cheese also came out great. The dough was thicker and softer, which I prefer. My order was for the hand-tossed style, so I can’t speak on behalf of the pan or New York varieties. If you prefer a crunchier finish, the online order option allows you to choose well done.
I chose the pickup option where the staff brings it out to my car. The pizza was prepared in the estimate provided, and the staff brought it out to my car within 2 minutes.
Though I can’t speak on behalf of delivery experiences, the product itself is worthwhile. I felt it necessary to counter some of the negative reviews on here. Glad I gave this location a try and I would order...
Read moreEverything from respectful satisfying Understanding customer service to the delicious cheese pizza I ordered and ate was all Top of the line A-1 customer service by the manager and mouth watering pizza made by the employee who was happy to serve me. Not like in most cases at majority of businesses I have been to. In most situations especially these days Employees and managers at other businesses have such a attitude with a pre judged characteristic towards a customer they never met as if there volunteering not being paid or your asking them for 20 dollars and free food.
We have to let businesses like this dominoes be a staple standard and example of how businesses should be conducted and how food should be made. Read moreIf I could leave zero stars, I would. We’ve ordered from here probably upwards of fifty times, and more often than not, there is an issue. They come two hours late, or don’t show up at all. They promise free pizzas and compensation for lack of services but keep no record of it and don’t follow through. They “forget” sauces or two liters, they “forget” to put the garlic sauce on the crust, they “forget” TO SHOW UP. The management is incredibly rude and hangs up on long time customers or pretends to not hear/understand. They consistently hang up the phone on me, but not my husband. Honestly we will be driving to other locations to avoid this one for the foreseeable future because the treatment we’ve received from this location is DISGUSTING. I will be telling everyone I know in this delivery area to avoid this location because of how absolutely horrific it is managed. There is zero accountability and we are incredibly disappointed and will be complaining...
