I placed two orders to be delivered on Saturday, even paid extra for shipping. Kept checking for the follow up email to confirm they shipped, the only email I received was to confirm the order and the status was pending even after 3 days. I had to email them to find out my orders were flagged and gave me no indication! Sat on the phone for approximately 2 hours to have them offer me an apology and a $25 gift card for a future purchase. My items won't arrive in time for the pot luck they were ordered. My shipping isn't being refunded nor expedited. EXTREMELY...

Received a large container for a Christmas gift. The sirloin strips were HORRIBLE. Barely 3/8” thick and impossible not to overcook them. The chicken breast were just thin pieces sliced from a larger breast. Dry and inedible. The burgers were fine as were the sides. I’ve never been so disappointed. We have received product before and loved it but will need to tell the kiddo not to waste his money...
