Starbucks — Restaurant in Robinson Township

Worst starbucks I’ve been to in a long time. Our shaken espressos were full of coffee grounds which you could see all through the cup. We tried to ask for a refund but instead the barista decided to remake our drinks. The remakes were just as bad if not worse. At this point I asked to speak with a manager to see if we could just get our refund that we asked for in the first place. She came over and explained to me that the coffee grounds were actually “cinnamon powder”. The shaken espresso does not contain cinnamon, this idiot manager lied and made excuses rather than to admit something was wrong. After a half hour from when we ordered, I finally got my refund. The manager and the staff here are really the worst and now that the dining room is gone they have even more room to slack off and get worse. You are better off driving to the other side of Robinson by walmart, that Starbucks is...

This is coming from a former Starbucks supervisor. Today when I went in to order drinks with my mother the girl up front was unable to ring up the drinks, she flat out didn't know one of them existed. That could be understandable however she made no effort to talk through the order. The order comes out and I could tell it was wrong, there was no espresso in it. I asked the girl if she could remake it, giving her the name of the drink we originally tried ordering. She opened the drink, dumped it back into the blender added the espresso and handed it back. The drink came back liquidy and over blended with the incorrect syrup in it. I will never go back to this Star Bucks. I have been a customer here faithfully since it opened until today. I ordered a breakfast burrito sat in my car to eat it and noticed a patch of green on it I looked a little closer and it was dark and light green mold on the tortilla. I wish I would of noticed before taking a few bites. So I call talk to manager she said oh I'm sorry we will take care of you! Lol what a joke! I went in and she talked to me like I was making this up as she was holding burrito in her hand. She was very unprofessional and rude about the situation. I have never met a manager like this at any of the Starbucks. She belongs at McDonald's!! Then I got a attitude about the refund!!...
