Not one star, more like -00000 stars.!!!!!Worst pizza place in NJ or anywhere for that matter. I can’t believe they would allow such a person to buy a franchise like this....they exhaust me every time i call. They can’t get one thing right and that’s when they actually answer the phones. Which is hardly ever!! There employees are so badly trained. No clue about a thing.i would rather drive an extra 30 min or o pick up from somewhere else ! Be afraid of what’s in your pizza if you complain about them.😡😡😡👎👎👎

I continued to place my order of 10 med. 2 topping pizza, 1 sandwich, two 2 liter cokes, four 20oz water bottles. They repeated the order and said thank you. Charged our account 6 times for $99.54 . But when i Called the Rochelle park store, they told me that they never received an order. We tried to speak with them to understand what happen. They were obnoxious,rude, and they hung up on our faces three times!!! We were just asking about what's going on and how we can get in contact with someone. One of the guys cursed us out and hung up! We've had many issues with that location and was hoping that we didn't have to deal with them but unfortunately we did. They have always been rude as you can see from our previous review! One of the guys that hung up on me was the driver!!! The owners worse then the employees! I was supposed to feed 25 kids last night and ended up sending them home hungry 😡😡😡 i am fuming, even this morning!! NEVER ORDER FROM THESE COMPLETE OBNOXIOUS...

Absolutely Blown Away – Best Domino’s Experience Ever!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this Domino’s deserves all the praise. From the moment I placed my order to the second I took my last bite, the experience was flawless.

I ordered a large pan pepperoni pizza with extra cheese, garlic parmesan wings, and a lava cake — and WOW. The pizza was piping hot, perfectly cooked, and loaded with toppings. The crust was golden, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside — exactly how it should be. The wings? Juicy, full of flavor, and the sauce was chef’s kiss. And that lava cake… pure chocolate heaven.

But it wasn’t just the food — the service was next level. I ordered through the app (which is super user-friendly), and within 20 minutes, my order was not only ready but being handed to me with a smile. The staff was friendly, fast, and clearly take pride in what they do.

You can tell this location runs like a well-oiled machine. Everything was clean, organized, and efficient. They even wrote a little “Thank you!” on the box — small gesture, big impact.

I’ve had Domino’s all over the country, but this one? Easily the best. I’ll 100% be back. If you’re in the area and craving pizza, skip everything else and come here. You won’t regret it.

Terrible. Have been ordering here for 4 years now, & every single time my order had been delivered less than 40 minutes since ordering. Last week it seemed they dropped the ball, I mean with no manager it seemed like it was being run by kids. Ordered through the app, called 1 hour later & found they forgot about my order. They promised they had delivery guy pick it up just at that time & I should receive it soon. Another hour passes by and when I call back they say they don't know where the guy is - they blamed it on thunderstorm, but neither was there any thunderstorm or even rain, it was just cloudy; I expressed disappointment, so they PROMISED me that they will refund my bill & will also put a free pizza in my account. A week later, no refund was ever issued & no free pizza in account either!! A dark spot on Dominos brand this store clerks/employees. Ordered again today, as a final attempt to see if they improve, and its been an hour already and status on app still in bake!! Ugghh....let's see how long they will take now to deliver this time, but I am switching to Papa Johns or Pizza Hut after today.
