I recently had one of the most unforgettable dining experiences at Outback Steakhouse, and I owe it all to Justin, who went far above and beyond to ensure my girlfriend and I had an exceptional evening. From the very moment we walked through the doors, Justin’s warm and welcoming demeanor set the tone for the evening. It was clear from the start that he genuinely cared about providing outstanding service, and he didn’t just meet our expectations he surpassed them in every conceivable way. Right from the greeting, Justin made us feel like VIPs. He welcomed us with a smile that could light up a room, and his positive energy was infectious. In a world where great customer service can sometimes feel like a rarity, Justin reminded us of what true hospitality looks like. He wasn’t just doing his job; he was creating an experience. It was as if he had anticipated our every need and was committed to making sure we had a fantastic evening. Now, let me tell you about the cocktail sauce. My girlfriend and I were in the mood for some, but when we found out that the restaurant was out of it, we were a bit disappointed. However, Justin was determined not to let that spoil our evening. Instead of simply apologizing and moving on, he did something truly extraordinary. Justin went out of his way to find the ingredients and made the cocktail sauce from scratch just for us! Who does that? It wasn’t just a simple fix; it was a gesture that showed his commitment to going the extra mile for his customers. The sauce was absolutely delicious, and knowing that it was specially made for us made it even better. And then there was the Cherry Coke. We had a craving for one, but unfortunately, it wasn’t on the menu. Once again, Justin didn’t let that stop him from delivering top-notch service. In what can only be described as a display of true creativity and resourcefulness, Justin crafted a Cherry Coke right on the spot, using the ingredients he had available. And let me tell you, it was the best Cherry Coke we’ve ever had! The fact that he went out of his way to make it from scratch was just another example of how Justin is always thinking about how he can enhance the customer experience. As our meal came to an end, we were expecting the usual small to-go cup for our drinks. But Justin had one more surprise in store for us. Instead of the standard cup, he handed us an extra-large to-go cup filled with a fresh Cherry Coke. It might seem like a small thing, but it was the perfect finishing touch to an already stellar evening. It showed us that Justin doesn’t just do the minimum he goes above and beyond at every opportunity. It’s clear that Justin is more than just a server; he’s a true ambassador for the Outback brand. His dedication, creativity, and unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction make him a standout employee. In fact, after our experience, I’m convinced that Justin should be running the entire company! His actions embody everything that great service should be, and Outback Steakhouse is incredibly fortunate to have someone of his caliber on their team. If you’re planning a visit to Outback Steakhouse, do yourself a favor and ask for Justin. You’ll not only get to enjoy a fantastic meal, but you’ll also experience what true hospitality feels like. In a world where so much of our interactions feel impersonal and routine, Justin reminds us that there are still people out there who care deeply about making others happy. He’s not just the best server we’ve ever had—he’s set a new standard for what great service should be. Thank you, Justin, for making our evening so special. We can’t wait...
Read moreLet me say this I was accommodated with Outback gift cards by Katherine from the Edgewater location which I really appreciated.
My sister decided to try another Outback on Rt 17, only to experience the following. 1st my mother’s order was incorrect and her food was sent back by the time her food came out we were all done eating and they forgot her side mash potatoes also my sister broccoli. I also ask for butter and never receive it.
Second my sprite soda taste like seltzer water upon tasting two cups I asked for replacement. So I just settle for a coke soda not to mention I ask for bread three times and receive bread at the end to go.
Last, upon bill to pay I present gift cards and was questioned where did we receive them as I advise Edgewater Outback. The manager return’s stating one gift card was inactive as I pulled my receipt showing all gift cards were active he stated he would activate the one at the location which is Rt 17 keep in mind.
I left only to discovery the gift card he provided at Rt 17 location was inactive and I know the original gift card’s provided from Edgewater were active shown as on receipt.
I called Outback on Rt 17 location and spoke to Leo advising him of the gift card provided was inactive and started explaining my experience at his location and Prior experience with the Outback at Edgewater therefore the gift cards were active and were given as accommodations for the service provided as amended service.
There seems to be needed training at Outback locations period.
To be honest I really thought this time my sisters would enjoy a greater outing at another Outback location especially it is my early Birthday celebration but I guess not. You cannot make...
Read moreMy grandson and I went to the Rochelle Park, NJ location for brunch. We were seated quickly as it was early in the day. We enjoyed wings that were fresh and cooked to perfection as our appetizer. The entree I chose was from their featured specials - the Bloomin' French Sirloin and baked potato. The entree my grandson chose was the 6 oz sirloin with ribs and fries. We ordered our steaks medium rare in the hopes that we would get a grade of meat for optimum tenderness as well as less fibrous consistency. The portion was great. However while cooked correctly, the grade of meat wasn't the best. It didn't cut smoothly and it was extremely chewy. A good grade of meat should melt in your mouth. I was a little disappointed because this was a cheat meal for me for my birthday and a treat for my grandson. While I was disappointed because steak is not cheap, the great and attentive service I received from my server and the food runners far overshadowed the steak. That is saying a lot for me. I am very picky about quality of food and service. My server was a young man named Justin S. He welcomed me with a bright smile and made good eye contact. He was patient and helpful with both my grandson and me. He addressed our needs and quickly as they arose. I do plan on returning and will specifically ask to be seated at one of his tables. However, when it comes to the meal, I will stick to wings and ribs. Steak is too pricey to risk having a bad grade of beef again. Justin's friendliness made both me and my grandson leave content. I'm thankful for him because otherwise I would have left...
