Starbucks — Restaurant in Rochelle Park

Visited the location in Rochelle Park Nj on September 30 around 2 pm . Went in specifically for a pumpkin cheesecake muffin for my mom . Walked in and there was about 5-6 employees behind the counter I walked over to the register to place my order there was no one in front of me online and I had to proceed to stand there for at least 20 minutes before someone came over and helped me . To only find out they were out of what I asked for . She( the employee) did offer me one of the muffins out of the case but didn’t take it simply because I don’t know how long it’s been sitting in there. So settled for 2 other pastries instead. And also ordered a large ice tea lemonade. After my order was complete I walked down to wait for my drink .waited at least 10-15 minutes for a simple ice tea lemonade. Not one time from when I walked in to the store did the any of the employees greet me. As I waited for my drink and the employees where making drinks for other orders which must have been for the drive threw line because no one else was waiting for drinks inside . The employee that assisted me at the register had made my drink as she handed it to me I said thank you very much have a nice day . She didn’t reply back or even make eye contact with me . As I was leaving I noticed the garbage can inside the store next to the door overflowing something horrible to the point the garbage was stacked on top of the can . I live close to location so it is convenient but after today which was my first time to this location and hands down will be the last time. You could see the employees that were working behind the counter did not know what they were doing or how to mix the drinks . Taking a break from this location. I’ve been going to this location for almost 4 years now. Never have I had to return my drink to have it remade as much as I do now. There is zero consistency and I order the SAME EXACT drink multiples times a week. The new staff here just doesn’t make drinks right at all. I have to hope I get lucky and I just bare with it if its not too bad. When I do get it remade its the same issue they’ll either make the drink bitter as ever and not put the right amount of pumps of liquid cane sugar or they’ll give me the crumbs of the strawberry inclusions instead of opening a new pack of strawberries when they’re low. Resulting in an ENTIRE cup of seeds. No drink that includes strawberries should look as nasty as the photo attached below. On top of the drink being completely bitter and nasty. Even when it was remade I could of honestly just ordered a water because there were ZERO pumps of liquid cane in the remade drink. I ended up just driving to another location after that. I won’t be back here for a long time. Idk what is up with the new staff but it’s terrible. It cant be this hard to make a VENTI ICED PEACH GREEN TEA LEMONADE, EXTRA PEACH , 5 PUMPS LIQUID CANE SUGAR and 1 SCOOP OF STRAWBERRIES. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! The barista aria was so rude and had a huge attitude. I really enjoy Starbucks and it’s not cheap I might add, I don’t mind to pay a little more because it’s good coffee and it tastes like coffee not all watery. But what really gets me mad is that that you didn’t make the order correctly and I got charged for something I didn’t receive. I ordered an iced brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso with extra caramel drizzle and vanilla cold foam. It’s about $8.00 and I walk in and there is little to no coffee in the cup definitely no oat milk and it had a more cold form then anything!! So I nicely said I’m sorry but why does it look like that. She said looks like what!! Very rude I said their is like little to no coffee and it’s all cold from and no oat milk and no extra Carmel drizzled around the cup? She goes can I have the ticket I said sure. The whole time she was making it she had an attitude and hands me the cup and it still was wrong. Honestly if you’re not going to make it the right way and be nasty no one is forcing you to work at Starbucks.
