I HAD CONFIRMED GRILLED ONIONS WITH THE BARTENDER, WATED 45 MINS WITH A 50-60% EMPTY BAR, THEN CONFIRMED A REMAKE, WAITED 30 MINS, THEN WAS TOLD THEIR WAS "MAYBE" ONIONS ON MY SANDWHICH OR "MAYBE" THERE WERE FRIEND ONIONS, WHICH CLEARLY THERE WAS NOT, AS IT'S (EASY TO SEE) BY LOOKING AT IT!?
THERE WAS NOT, WAS COMPED A DRINK FOR ANOTHER MISTAKE THERE --- (AGAIN AS THIS IS THE 6TH TIME / NOW 3 IN ONE DAY OF BARTENDER TO COOK FUMBLES).
I ORDERED (MY GO TO), FRIEND CHICKEN CESAR SALAD WHICH IS MY GO TO, (WHICH I ORDER THE DAY BEFORE WITH THE DAY SHIFT, WHICH I'VE NEVER HAD ISSUES, EVER) - WAS COMPED A DRINK FOR ANOTHER MISTAKE, THEN I GET HOME AND THERE IS A 3RD MISTAKE AFTER NEARLY WAITING 2 HOURS FOR TWO ORDER OF FOOD.
THEN ON TOP OF ALL THAT, (KEEP IN MIND I USED TO ONLY GO TO THIS PLACE, SPENDING CLOSE TO 400-600 A MONTH), STOPPED GOING THERE DUE TO MISAKTES AND RUDE BARTNDERS (FOR THE NIGHT SHIFT WHICH SEEMS TO BE CONSISTANT), TO THEN BE TOLD THEY ARE GOING TO "ASK THE PEOPLE AROUND ME WHAT I ORDERED 20 MINS AGO" AS THE OWNER COULD HAVE BEEN NEAR ME. IT'S NOT THEIR JOB TO REMEMBER ORDERS, YOU ARE LISTENING AND PUTTING IN THE ORDER DIGITALLY. iF YOU NEED ADDERALL THEN TAKE SOME, BUT LISTEN FOR MORE THAN .3 SECONDS TO WHAT I'M SAYING. THE BARTENDER BEFORE HIM ALSO DID THIS, AND I SAID I HAVE 3-4 PARTS TO THE ORDER, GETTING DOUBLE DIRNKS, OREERING A DOUBLE AND CUSTMISING A SANDWHICH. AS MY BILL LAST TIME WAS 100, SO I GET VERY SPEFIC THINGS. THAT WAS MY 4 TIME EATING THERE THIS WEEK INCLUDLING A TAKE OUT AFTER WAITING 2 HOURS AND 2 FUMBLES ONLY TO GET A 3RD FUMBLE. GET NEW SYSTEMS FIGURE IT OUT -- BUT STOP PRETENDING IS "ORDERING FOOD" IS AN ISSUE?!

THE MANAGER WAS MORE CONCERNED ABOUT RUNNING 2-3 GAMLING SQUARES TO 4-5 PEOPLE, TO EVEN PAY ANY ATTENTION --- THEY WERE MORE CONCERNED AND GAVE MORE ATTENTION TO PEOPLE FILLING OUT SPORTS GAMBLING, THEN THE .5 SECONDS TO TAKE MY ORDER AFTER MAKING INSULTING CLAIMS OF ONIONS LOOKIED LIKE BREADING FROM CHILDEN SANDWHICH. AS IM SPEAKING MY ORDER ------THEY ALREAYD TURN THEIR HEAD AND STOP LISTENING AND START PUTTING THINGS INTO THEIR SYSTEM. THE PAST FEW TIMES I GO OUT OF MY WAY CONFIMRING MY ORDER, MAKING THE BARTENDER REPEAT IT, EVEN THE REMAKE, THEN 2 HOURS IN....THYE ASK ME IF i WANT IT TO GO ( THE LEFT OVER COLD MISTKEN ORDER ) !?

Constantly messing up orders, having to give partical tab credits, to the manager trying to word salad and and the way they double down on lies, deflection, to spell casting the minipulation of words (which is my specility to decode and call out) as it's highly insutling to my Chereokee and Sioux bloodline.

EAT what they give you, wait double time aka 2 hours and be happy with what you got after you have to order the same thing twice. (this has happened 4-5 times now)--- should be their new motto.
During the course of 4 months I've had 7 orders fumbled, all from [TURNING AWAY WHILE IM IN THE MIDDLE OF ORDERING], is outside my understanding of this pretend rush, rush, next order while the bar is 50-60% empty, approach to basic service.
THEY DONT SEEM TO CARE OR LISTEN, or want to fix their mistakes.
Just take what we give you as that is how they expect people to get and eat their food?! Thats how you are treated, as I've tried for 18 months to go there 3-4 times a week, to have stopped, only to return (as my last bill there was 50 and 100 the time before) to now being insulted again and told perhaps I could eat somewhere else.

Read morePutting bacon on a sandwich ordered without it, repeated rude bartenders (night shift only) who don't ask if you need anything, walk around the bar 3-4 times without saying hello, and waiting 20 minutes (repeatedly) with an 80% empty bar to fumble simple orders.
I'm going to leave a review every time they make me wait an hour and a half to get food, order the same thing twice, and receive rude service.
I thought this place was my local Cheers Bar, which turned into clueless bartenders who "look pretty" to huge waits with an empty bar, to putting bacon on food, that I ordered without --- just pure carelessness to detail, which is the worst mistake. It's like every needs adderall and can't listen past .4 seconds to LISTEN TO DETAILS.
Instead of listening to your order, writing it down, and getting it correct, from the manager to the bartenders, they are so much in a hurry, (EVEN WITH AN EMPTY BAR), they only listen for .3 seconds, and turn away while you are GIVING THEM THE ORDER, WHICH CREATES MISTAKES!!!
So completely pointless, unnecessary, and careless; for that, I give them 1 star.
