i've been to this place quite a few times, and it's ALWAYS, a hit or miss. from having them give me a pepperoni pizza when i ordered cheese pizza, to having them give me a pizza with the toppings i did not ask for, and telling me they would credit me for it, which never happened, to having my sauce packets missing for my sub. Well it happened again just now. I went to pick up my order, one of the guys making food greeted me which was good, but a different guy waited on me. a guy with braces and a full beard came to check me out, i left a tip on my card, which now i wish i wouldn't have, because i leave, and guess what!?! no sauce packets, as usual... My son goes in to get them, but when he didn't come out, i go in. he's waiting, but no one is waiting on him, so when i walk in, the bell rings and the same guy with the beard that waited on me the first time, comes out, but when he see's me, he literally, turned around and said "complaint" and booked it to the back, leaving me standing there, now when he did that, it actually got me upset. first of all, all i came back for was the sauce packets which he didn't give me for my sub, it was that simple, but he made like it was going to be some big deal when i walked back in, i don't like that at all! second, even if you do not want to wait on a customer, too bad it's part of the job, how else will i get helped? and to turn around and leave me standing there is rude! so the guy who greeted me the first time i came in, came from the back and i asked for the packets, he handed them to me and i left. i don't know if they split tips but i seriously do not want that rude employee to get any of my money. I absolutely HATE! poor/bad customer service, can't stand it! is he stereotyping me or something?...

I placed the order online, got there like 5 minutes early. Talked to the girl at the counter who let me know it would be just a couple minutes. She promptly disappeared outside.
4 other gentlemen came in over the next 10 minutes and we're not helped. Eventually a man came from the back to help out. I let him assist all of the customers in line before asking if my order was ready. He checked the hot box, and told me it wasn't. There were two orders in at the time.
Another 15 minutes later, and one of the 4 customers that had placed an order received the carryout he had placed. I was still sitting there. The girl that pulled the David Copperfield trick before pulled my order out of the hot box. It was one that was in when I asked originally if my order was ready.
Literally the most inept pizza crew I've ever seen. And I worked at a Pizza Hut so I know my fair share of crappy crews.
Edit: I had to go back as they forgot 3 parmesan packets, 3 red pepper, 1 pizza sauce cup, and 1 ranch cup. Mind you that's 8 line items on the receipt. If I could give zero stars, I would. I'll go the extra mile for...
Read moreThe customer service was horrible. I first ordered a small pizza w/ pepperoni and they only had cheese on it. I then sent it back. They sent me a new one, it had a hair cooked into the pizza, not even just laying on top. It was actually inside the dough. I would not recommend this store to anybody.
The manager on duty was very inconsiderate and unprofessional. Coming from another manager I would never hire someone with that attitude. I asked for him to have the owner call me about the situation and he hung up on me. I then notified their corporate office in Madison Heights so they could follow up with it.
If you do decide to go here I would strongly urge you to go somewhere else. Go where they appreciate customer service and practice safe sanitation practices. And if you do decide to take a chance, be sure that the manager is not Chris H. as that is who the manager on duty was and I found his name on my receipt.
