Cant even begin to express my astonishment at our experience here yesterday. Took my 94 year old Dad to pick up a pizza. He had a $50 gift card I personally purchased him for his Birthday to use. So that's what we took with us. Well the 2 workers there (an older couple) had no idea how to use it and had to make numerous phone calls to ask how to do it...with no success. They were arguing with one another in front of us and the woman was blatantly saying it was our problem, not theirs. The gentleman was really trying to help, but again to no avail. This went on for at least 15 -20 minutes, while the pizza sat there on the counter getting cold. Again we had no other means to pay being that we planned to use the gift card. Finally my Dad just asked for the gift card back, knowing that I had to be on my way to pick my son up. They simply told me to go to the location I purchased it at and have them deal with it. Wasted 45 + minutes between ordering, driving and dealing with them not knowing how to use the gift card. No apologies, nothing. And I'm no business owner, but IMO good customer service would tell me to offer my customer the pizza (that was most likely going to go in the trash), to compensate for the time and inconvenience, hoping I wouldn't lose them a a customer. ...
Read moreI ordered a pizza at 4:28 PM to avoid the dinner rush. The pizza arrived at 5:38 PM (I have the video on my doorbell cam). Marcel told me 35 minutes. He also didn't bother to give me a total or confirm my address. He also lied and said they didn't have any coupons until I brought one of their specials. After the pizza arrived late, I decided to check my bank to see how much I was charged. They charged me for an extra pizza because Marcel couldn't do his job and listen. When I called back and asked for a supervisor, Marcel said he could handle it. I asked what his position was, and he stated just an employee. So I once again asked for a supervisor. Gabriel, the owner, got on the phone and tried to tell me Marcel did his job even though he couldn't tell me a correct approximate time, didn't bother to confirm my address or give me a total. They then asked for his location to determine if we lived in the delivery zone . After repeating the address 3 times my father in law got irritated and said “ I’m not repeating myself again I guess if you can’t figure this out we will order somewhere else “ he then hung up the phone , the employee then called him back swearing at him and being totally unprofessional My father in law told him once again that he will be ordering elsewhere and hung up . The store then calls the phone again and claims to be the manager now yelling at him for making offensive comments to his employee He asked them to not harass him and to have a great day
Manager then called 5-6 more times!!!
