Caribou Coffee — Restaurant in Rochester

I will never be coming back to this caribou! I asked for a green tea lemonade full shot of raspberry sparkling No ice. She hands me the glass half full and says this is all you get if you get No ice. I was so mad I paid for a full glass I should get that. I took it to the caribou in the mall which I love and they told me that’s ridiculous and filled it for me. The girl also while ordering didn’t even put my rewards In because I asked if I had any points and she said oops looks like I put the wrong number in so she didn’t take the time to ask for the # again. After all of this she smirks as in driving away. I’m not one to complain as I work in retail, have my own business with my husband. And know how important reviews are. Red head with freckles and glasses...

I love Caribou. I was waiting behind one car for about 3 minutes, not long, and had a rude lady take my order (1 coffee with cream and 1 medium pumpkin spice latte). Get our order wrong twice. After that, she said "anything else." I said, "No thanks". Then, dead silence, I waited about 30 seconds, I am entirely confused by this.

So I just pull up toward the window where I see drinks fly out the window to the customer in front of me. And they pull away. Then I sit there at the window with no one coming to acknowledge me. I see them standing by the counter but not a look over my way, no one came to take my money. No one came to tell me it will be a minute.

Me and my wife sat there for about 5 minutes. With no one even looking at the drive thru window. So...

I have yet to have even a "just OK" experience here. I come in a lot and every time the service is the same (very refreshing). The entire morning staff is friendly, they at least appear to be happy to be there and they stand by what they make. I work close by and get free coffee, but choose to go in once a week because I know my order will be correct, the right temperature and know exactly how it will taste. This is a solid store that deserves more than 5...
