Green Mill On The Go — Local services in Rochester

So we've been going here a lot since it opened the green mill food is really good! They have a week-day deal for pizza and wings that's a good value on the other hand the service is not good wrong orders, they charged us for extra cheese we didn't ask for, you have to be VERY specific with what you want, there is a waiter there in peticular that is an absolute joke at his job BUT the manager was very attentive to our feedback about it you can tell he really wants it to do well and I do too like I said the food is VERY good when it's done right! Still has a ways to go but if you've never had a deep dish pizza before this is the place to try it for the first time!

Service at this location leaves a lot to be desired. I enjoy Green Mill pizza but have been here a few times now where I ordered online and arrive to pickup my pizza at the promised time to find out it hadn't even been put into the oven yet. Worst part is last time I went here they lied to me and told me it should be out in 5-10 minutes and I ended up waiting 25 minutes in the lobby which leads me to believe they were just putting the food in yet again...

Why don't you use the real green mill ranch instead of cutting corners using hidden valley 😤. The ranch is the whole reason I get wings from Green Mill. All of the "on the go" locations don't make the ranch. Total...
