The customer service is outstanding. Being in a strange city and dealing with an ill loved one is stressful. Being friendly and helpful is something you can never put a price on during a time like this. We wanted to say thank you to the ICU and Patient Care teams at St. Mary’s. The hotel said the cakes were delicious and I wanted to support a local business. Tonya was extremely helpful from the get go. Deliveries have changed with Covid-19 so she made sure she could still come. She followed up with me and told me what car to look out for. She put everything together so it was easier for me to carry...something I wasn’t thinking of. The staff were excited and it was a small way we could say thanks. Nothing Bundt Cakes is absolutely amazing! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm, inviting atmosphere and the most delicious smells. The cakes themselves are beyond perfect: moist, flavorful, and always made with attention to all the details.

I’ve tried several flavors, and it's hard to pick my favorite, but the Lemon and Chocolate Chocolate Chip are standouts. The cream cheese frosting is the perfect balance of sweet and tangy, and it truly elevates the entire cake. We had the bundtlets at our gala event, and the guests were so impressed with receiving a bundtlet as a table favor. Me and my husband used Nothing Bundt Cakes for our wedding at Four Daughters Winery outside of Rochester. For what we ordered (at least 300 buntinis, a two tiered wedding cake), the cost seemed extremely reasonable.

We were up front about wanting it delivered to our venue versus picking it up. The staff seemed hesitant about delivering it, however, they did end up working with us! It would have worked out either way if we had to pick up our order versus the delivery, but the delivery was a lot more convenient for us.

Overall would highly recommend if you're having a wedding in Rochester. They did a great job, the price was reasonable and our guests...
