Pure Green - Juice Bar Downtown Rochester — Restaurant in Rochester

I took my boys to Pure Green on Main Street four times last week as a healthy alternative to milkshakes. They were enjoying trying all the different smoothie flavors. This morning, after my son accidentally dropped his drink I apologized and offered to clean it up. Instead of telling us not to worry and accidents happen, the young girl working there was terribly rude to me, made my son feel awful and uncomfortable, and like we had done something to intentionally wrong her.

I liked having this healthy option in Rochester, but will never recommend this establishment. To Pure Green, it is your customers that keep you in business. You should treat them better - especially the ones who frequent your...

My children and I decided to make this our regular morning breakfast spot this summer. We had been visiting daily for two weeks, and were loving the healthy options, but finally gave up. The people that work here are SO incredibly RUDE that I cannot bring myself to be a contributor to this company’s bottom line.

For reference, I run a global customer service team for a living. I recognize that everyone has bad days, but every day is a bad day for the people working here and that is a culture problem. It will destroy customer loyalty.

My husband and I stopped in here to grab something to eat. The two employees working at the restaurant didn’t even acknowledge our presence until I directly addressed one of them to order. The girl working there did answer my questions about the various juices, but seemed visibly bothered and/or disinterested. Then I asked for a cup with ice to pour my bottled drink over, and they said that they didn’t have ice. Kinda weird. Then my food was ready and it was literally one piece of avocado toast that I could have made at home. Ridiculous. Also, the music was blaring and it made conversation impossible. And the juice drinks were nasty....
