Waiter Express — Restaurant in Rochester

The customer service that we just received was terrible, insulting and not appropriate! Food was placed through Waiter Express and the wrong address was added (the billing address vs the delivery address). Dispatch called and said that food was delivered but no one was answering the door. I explained that the person here that ordered the food must have put in the billing address and not the delivery address, and I asked Dispatch what I should do and I received the most rude response of "Well I have to call the driver now to let him know and you are NOT the person who ordered the food" and she she proceeded to hang up the phone on me. I feel the lack of professionalism was very disappointing and VERY rude. NO ONE deserves to be hung up on especially when I offered to help. We will NO longer use this...

We have ordered through waiter express many times and it has always been great. This time, they went above and beyond. We ordered from TacoJed and we ended up getting shorted a taco. One taco big deal wasn’t too worried about it just didn’t want to pay for it. Called the delivery guy who dropped it off and he said he would go get the one taco for me. One taco. In a BLIZZARD! TacoJed also gave us a free taco because of it. Both parties made it right even though I wasn’t even that upset about it. These things happen. Nothing but great service! Water Express has been our go to food delivery service for years. Deliveries are prompt. The temperature and quality of the food is always well maintained. The drivers are polite and personable and never fail to thank us for our business. On the very rare occasion when there has been a problem (twice in about 10 years), management has always put customer service first, comping delivery fees or even the entire price of the meal.
