I'm re-reviewing this place. This place used to be the best Chinese restaurant I have yet to find to date. I loved their Sesame chicken. So original, and better than any place. But it sounds like owners have recently changed, and now the food does not taste the same. Have they changed the cooks, the style of food? I'm not sure, but it's not what it used to be. I've ordered out a couple of times now since the change with disappointment. I'll try a few more times until I'm sure of the change in food style. Friendly staff, clean place, good portion sizes, and very affordable food otherwise.
My prior review: These guys are fantastic! In my opinion, best Chinese food in town. My wife and I have been loyal customers for years at this place. I highly recommend their sesame chicken with broccoli. In matter of fact, just ask for the sesame lunch/dinner special with wonton soup and all crab rangoons and add broccoli. Fantastic! It's the best I've had anywhere! The staff is friendly and attentive. If it's your first time in Rochester, you won't regret stopping at this...
Read moreIt was with apprehension that I stopped at this "strip mall" Chinese Restaurant that was recommended to me by a local..I planned on just getting a bowl.of Hot and Sour Soup..it's almost always a safe bet..lol..even at a Strip Mall Chinese place. I was so surprised after being seated and caught a glimpse of the dishes being handed out. They looked fantastic and in fact my meal was equally as fantastic looking and also tasting. What a pleasant surprise for sure..I ordered a non-traditional lunch special call Hot and Spicy Pork. It was served with scoops of fried Rice..two fried Chicken Wings and two fried Crab Rangoon and a small bowl of Hot and Sour Soup as appetizer all for $6.95 !!! Everything was fresh...

It was so bad I payed 58 dollars and still ended up giving majority of the food away . It was barely edible ! I always go to golden wok by Burger King we they are the Best but they’re closeDMonday’s . I will definitely never...
