Hardee's — Restaurant in Rock Hill

I ordered on the app and thought it would be a really easy order, I had 4 gravy biscuits and 2 lg hash rounds and a sweet tea. The woman never asked me my name, when I got to the window, she said she was waiting for them to finish packing up and to pull forward and she'd bring it out, again never asked me my name. I pull forward waiting for about 5 minutes she comes out hands a bag and runs off, no drink and in the bag was a gravy biscuit and a small hash brown. I park go inside and say you never asked me my name and this is not my order, she begins screaming at the worker at the counter taking care of the inside customers and I am waiting for her to stop so I can tell her that she was the one speaking in drive thru and never asked my name and what my order was. I was running late already and I asked if the utensils were in the bag and she said I got you right this time I'm so sorry have a great day. Get gone to realize that I still didn't get the tea which is for my daughter and I turned around went back inside and she gave me a large cup and apologized again. My whole thing is, don't throw your coworker under the bus for your mistake and just slow down and ask the necessary questions oh and got home and my utensils were 2 spoons and a fork! Not the 4 forks and 4 knives that were needed! I understand everyone gets in a hurry, but they weren't slammed to the max or anything crazy to warrant such a lack of customer service and...

Let's start here & please wait for it... I was not by all means going to stop at a fast-food place, especially after going to the post office on my break and not having anything resolved for the 2nd day. Just not my thing to eat fast-food place. However! Let me stress, however, felt led to go and then wait on my order which I was about to get off the line due to a slight delay and go somewhere else...I was pressed for time folks! BUT I stayed and received my order.

Then Shaniqua (Please forgive me if misspelled.), stopped to hear me out. I was telling her that I had seen in my side mirror a customer in a pickup truck that was just about to order, when all of the sudden, there was this loud kind of pop, then gushing of what I thought was water sound from behind me. I turned to see all this fluid pouring out and onto the ground. (Good thing he pulled into a parking spot to check it out.) Shaniqua immediately took a look at where I was pointing and said to me, "I'll bring him iced water or something to drink, it's hot out there!!" I was like so touched when I drove away and then called the store and told this to, who I believe was the store manager, to find out the stranded customer did not just receive a drink to cool him off...The goodness in her heart!!

FOLKS we should be giving credit and praise to where it's due. So much hate in this world!! Let's be kinder and more compassionate, just like Shaniqua! ...

Not a good visit. I had to go thru drive thru because doors were locked and it was 7p.m. took 35 minutes to get my food and once I got home discovered the food was wrong, tried calling but number had been disconnected so I went back. I showed my receipt but was told I was lying about what was missing but they replaced it anyway. I asked for the phone number only to be told that it had been changed and nobody there knew it and while I waited on my food to be cooked I was cussed at and when I got the remainder of my food it was still incorrectly made, I told them nevermind and went back the next day. I spoke with the manager or what i thought was only to be asked if I wanted more food or a refund. I didn't have my receipt bc they refused to give it back to me from the night before but my money was refunded anyway. My problem was not addressed but I did get a refund, mind you this is minus the 2 trips I made from York to clover and the fact that myself and my daughter went without the dinner I had purchased and the total of an hour and ten minutes I set in line total. Love Hardee's food but will not go back. If anyone has any ideas how to take this further please let me know... the Hardee's im referring to is in...
