Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Rock Hill

I use to love Jimmy Johns until today. So, today Thursday August 17, 2017 I was sitting at the red light at the intersection of herlong and ebenezer when I seen an jimmy johns employee in his burgundy older model Chevrolet s-10 truck while on duty coming from a drop off, he was picking his nose and then proceeded to put the thumb his picked his nose with in his mouth, he did it twice(I cannot make this up). I called to the store and spoke with the manager on duty "Jasmine" I explained the disgusting situation that I had seen and she was very nonchalant about it and claimed that she would be speaking with him, which I don't think she did, but I will be contacting corporate and contacting DHEC because that is very disgusting...

This Jimmy John's in particular is not very fast or accommodating. I very clearly asked for no tomatoes or sprouts. And watched them make my sandwich with both; when I let them know that isn't what I asked for i was posed the question "are you allergic?". I'm sure that shouldnt matter; I just dont want to eat it. When I said no they simply opened my sandwich and removed some of the ingredients and handed it back to me ... I guess for it to matter to them how my order is made it would have had to kill me. Cool.

Edit: and they added a bunch of hot peppers I guess?!! Which I definitely did not ask for??? Most Jimmy John's are great; dont waste the extra time or money at this shop....

Came in on my dinner break. I get 30 min. Already took 10 to get here. I walk in, the guy at the front waits for me to order. Then says we don’t have any French bread. It’s baking in the oven, but you can do a wrap or lettuce wrap. How you gonna run out of ready bread at a sandwich shop? Other than not prepare it in a reasonable amount of time so you don’t run out. I had to order my sub in a wrap. Wraps are cool, but not what you really expect when you eat at Jimmy John’s. Wish I would have chosen somewhere else to eat my work dinner out for the first time...
