Ninety's Dessert Bar — Restaurant in Rock Hill

I was up visiting my nephew in South Carolina and decided I wanted to treat the family to dessert. We had ordered the mint Oreo milkshake, strawberry shortcake milkshake, Biscoff cookie butter cheesecake, strawberry shortcake, cheesecake and the Shabooya brownie milkshake. The cashier was not super helpful or friendly. It was kind of like she was just in a position and didn’t really enjoy being there. We tried asking questions as we have never been to this establishment before and all we got was what else would you like? The items took a while to come out and they came out 1 by 1 over 15 minutes but I’m sure that’s because they were busy but by the time the last person got their item, everyone else was starting to finish up on theirs. All the items were prepared nicely and tasted good but when I went back up there to ask them where the cookie was for my Biscoff cookie butter cheesecake I was told it didn’t come with one yet the photo on the wall shows one on the item and it is literally in the name of the item. 🤔🤷‍♂️ anyway, the bathrooms were clean, but didn’t have any toilet paper stocked up in them, and we had to wipe down our own table as it was dirty and sticky when we sat down. Ninety’s Dessert Bar

They absolutely went above and beyond. I got married yesterday at 5:00pm. Things fell through with my original wedding cake. We went by Thursday afternoon and asked if there was any way we could pick up a cheesecake around noon Saturday because according to the website the cheesecake wouldn’t be available until 6pm Saturday and all I wanted for my wedding cake was a cheesecake. They said they would absolutely make it happen. Yesterday my dad went to pick up the cheesecake and it had already been sliced and had the paper inserts in. He said he would call my mom back. He called 20 minutes later and said they would get another one ready and decorated and would deliver it to us by 4pm. They did not have to so this for us but they did and my husband and I were absolutely obsessed with their wedding cake. Thank you Ninety’s Dessert Bar for helping to make my wedding cake...

If I could give Ninety’s Dessert Bar more than five stars, I would in a heartbeat! The second you walk in, you’re hit with pure 90s nostalgia—fun, vibrant, and just the right amount of over-the-top in the best way.

I ordered the Cookie Butter Cheesecake and the Dubai Chocolate Brownie, and WOW. The cheesecake was insanely creamy with the perfect balance of sweetness and that rich cookie butter flavor. The brownie? Next-level. Fudgy, decadent, and topped with just the right extras to make it feel like a little piece of dessert heaven.

The staff was super friendly and welcoming, and the whole experience felt like a treat from start to finish. Whether you’re there for the vibes or the sugar rush, Ninety’s totally delivers.
